Fantastic - Carlos & his crew were very good guides, made us comfortable on the zip line, ATV & I was able to participate in the cenote. Jungle kingdom is a good company to do this with.

Super fantastic experience ! - Viator had a wonderful trip for us ! The cenote swim also had an optional jump 25’ down into the cenote or use stairs ! Was a good option to jump for some people !! The horseback was nice and not too long, ATVs were great ! Long drive on atv’s so nice ! Zip lines were so fun and highly recommend this entire tour !

Awesome Experience - Worth every penny!! Best experience ever! Reno our instructor was amazing! Tequila tasting was awesome has to be the best tequila I’ve ever had! Zip line, Arc’s and the Cenote!! I most definitely will book every time I come!

Not reaching the expectations - The expectations were high, yet due to rain the ATV part of the program was limited, there was no real jungle experience. The zip line is fine, yet short and all our clothes got oil, some had to be disposed afterwards. The cenote is nice.

Good experience - It is a nice experience if you do it for the first time in your life. First, even if you reserve this experience for 12pm, you'll be picked up at 1pm. Second, between the pick ups and a long drive you are losing about 1.30-1:45 of your time. Third, we were really rushed through activities. Cenote swimming was barely 15 minutes. Forth, the 9ffered lunch was an experience on it's own... we were just shoved 3 small empanados. There were empty trays from rice and fruits that no one seemed to care about. Despite these negatives, we still had a good time thanks to a wonderful guide!

Messed up communication on pickup - Supposed to be a 12pm event. Was picked up at 1pm. The communication was a mess, had to call viator customer service over and over again because the operator does not pick up the phone. And all the viator can do is that they will leave the message to operator to pick up as soon as possible. Finally got into touch with operator but they made excuses, said like driver had a flat tire. I asked the driver if he had flat tire. He said I was not in the list in the first place and later he got a call around 12:30 to pick me up. Other than that, activities are good. Cenote might be one of the smallest of all.

DONT BOOK - If I could give zero stars i absolutely would. First and foremost, we booked this excursion that was supposed to include transportation pick up from the hotel but it doesn’t say when they will pick up or any information about getting picked up. I have called not once not twice but 10 times and left 10 voicemails trying to get in contact with the operator. I have called Basore multiple times as well like it’s honestly ridiculous that I wasted a whole day and can’t get another excursion because this company cannot communicate efficiently or standby their word they have absolutely ruined my vacation. If you do book these excursions I would book through another company use trip advisory or something of the sort because they are not reliable and they do not communicate. Well I repeat do not book through this company. Also, they wrote me a message and said we are here to pick you up. I wrote back in one minute no response and not here. Complete liars to make it look like they were here when in fact they were absolutely not here I want my money back!

THEY DIDNT PICK US UP BECAUSE THE DRIVER FORGOT US - Scam. I booked and paid $282.12 CAD for 4 of us to do this tour. The driver forgot to pick us up and we were told they'll change us for the next tour. well that doesn't work or us as we had previous plans. so i told them i wanted a refund. its been 3 weeks and i still haven't gotten my money back. No ones responding to my emails and the phone number on the website doesn't go thru to someone to answer so i can talk to. So who the hell do i talk to for my refund ??? No ones replying to my emails. Thats my hard earned money that they just took for no service. Completely unfair
