It was an amazing... - It was an amazing experience. Really fun. My favorite part was the atv. The tour guide jungle was funny he did an amazing job making sure we all had a good time.

Woohoo... Adventure and excitement - You will be in the jungle, get ready for some adventure. Very friendly staff. Lot of excitement. Bring OFF insect repellent. Enjoy the ATV, Zipline, Horse riding and Mayan Cenote. Running water is a problem so bring some water to clean up properly.

Had so much fun!! - We first got picked up at our hotel and it was a drive for us since we were so removed. Getting there was the scariest part because you’re located in a jungle and lose service. We were all concerned with the drive but it was completely worth it! It says it starts at 8 but we got there around 9 and it was approximately 5 hours. Everything was the perfect length of time. We didn’t stay on anything for too long and the cenote was absolutely gorgeous. The “snack” also was a pretty full meal for us. It was 3 tacos with rice and drinks. The staff was extremely friendly, patient, and did a great job making everyone feel welcomed and safe. Tiny was our tour guide and in Tiny we trust. Would highly recommend doing this experience. Just trust the process getting there.

Cancun Experience - Aaron was an excellent guide!!! He was fun, accommodating and emphasized safety and fun!!! I will definitely come back to this excursion again.

Terrible experience - The ATV’s experience was very very terrible, they had us go about a half mile and then make a u turn and go back; and I paid for 2 atv and they only gave me one! But the zip line was alright!! But overall the experience at that location wasn’t the great!!

Disorganized and Misleading - This company is disorganized and misleading. I booked the tour the morning of a couple hours before the start. After booking I immediately tried to call and email to set up the included transportation. They did not respond for 2 hours only when I put in a refund request. I then had to pay $46 for a taxi to meet their shuttle since they did not pick us up. Once at the park I was annoyed by multiple extra fees for insurance and a locker that were mandatory and not mentioned. While the park itself delivered on the activities it did feel very low quality with ATVs that broke down and low quality food. I liked our guide and the cenote the most.

They picked us up 3 hours... - They picked us up 3 hours after our Scheduled time. Each activity were like 10 minutes long. The atvs kept stoping every 5 minutes. Didn’t get a lunch even though they stated that they’re proving some on the website and when arriving. They in-forced tips even when the service and experience was bad

Do not use them for Tulum!!!! - Tour guide at tulum was a scammer. He tried to charge an extra $58 peso each even though it was included in the fee we bought from the hotel. Told me they wouldn’t believe my son was under 12 so I needed to pay for him, I have his passport picture (he didn’t think of that) looked embarrassed. Told us we had an hour to go in but the line was so long and he did not have our bracelets ready for entrance even though the trio was booked days in advance.told me with two young kids to go jump the line and ask a stranger to buy us some (even though again we already paid for the excursion)! Told us there was one way in and one way out of tulum and left us after 20mins inside the ruins we literally had 20mins to get back to meet the guide. There were 2 ways out took the wrong path ended up 20mins late getting back to the van had to pay $41.45 Canadian for a cab so our your group didn’t ditch me with my two small kids an hour from where our trip began. Water was hot from the “cooler” it was like we were an inconvenience. The next part I won’t even get into I am calling visa to tell them I’m not paying for this.no one should be treated this way!
