SO MUCH FUN! - This was a great excursion! They had all the fun things and it was clean and safe. And they had fun too. I would highly recommend this location!

So much fun! - It was an amazing time at the Jungle Kingdom! We did the cenote, atv, and the zip line. It was so much fun. The cenote is like a cavern cenote so I was definitely scared to jump and we did lose our GoPro but one of the staff there was very willing to help us retrieve it from the bottom of the cenote! The atvs were super fun and so was the zip line! The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable about the activities. I would definitely go back!

This experience was well... - This experience was well worth everything! The ATV’s was so much fun (you always want to go longer) but we enjoyed them. The zipline was an experience. If you don’t like bridges I wouldn’t recommend, but their team keeps you safe so you wouldn’t really mind. Let’s get to the cenote ! BEST EXPERIENCE! it is two one you can jump & the other you can walk in. Paco was amazing with the tequila tasting & the staff was very friendly. Everyone was super nice & welcoming. This is the one you want to do.

Amazing experience! Would recommend! - My wife and I had a blast at Jungle Kingdom! Our guide, “Jaguar” was amazing, and definitely made the day even more enjoyable. Super fun, and charismatic, overall great guy. Would definitely recommend checking this out, but would advise you to be ready for some extra costs, and would recommend the earlier time slots as it is less busy so group sizes are smaller. Our group size was smaller, and a bit more intimate, so we had more time for each of our activities. The activities themselves were super enjoyable, my wife and I both had a ton of fun! We started off with the ATV tour, then did the 4 course zip line, and then we were able to cool off in the cenote which was incredible. After which, they served us a light lunch. Definitely would recommend packing some snacks and water. As for the extra costs, you are unable to take any belongings on the zip line or ATVs and had to store them in a locker. So essentially, there’s a mandatory locker fee which was $5. They also charged a $5 ATV insurance fee, which was completely optional but would recommend. And then as far as photos go, they are a separate entity from Jungle Kingdom, and they WAY overprice their media. They tried to charge us $100 USD for 60 pictures and 5 videos. Because they do not allow phones on the ATV ride and zip line, the only photos we had access to for those activities was through them, so be prepared to pay for photos/videos if wanted. Overall an amazing experience, and if it weren’t for the surprise charges, and the bumpy road in, it would have 5/5 stars!!

A fun adventure in the jungle - The experience was amazing. Only about a 40 min drive from the hotel zone in Cancun. The ATVs through the jungle was so fun. Zip lines were terrifying (for me) but very fun and the cenote was pretty magical. I went with my 14 year old daughter and she loved every minute. Not able to give the tour 5 stars as they did not show to pick us up and it was very difficult to get a hold of the tour operator. Thankfully they did get us eventually. If it happens to you just keep calling non stop until someone answers. The staff that run the activies were amazing and very friendly. Eating authentic mexican food was a cool experience too. We did not buy photos as they are just way too expensive. Make sure you bring... - water shoes - waterproof phone cover - towel - a bandana or something to cover your face during the atv ride - cash for tipping - water (they only give you free water at the end of the day)

Rude staff super up charging - The zip lining was fun but my sister had 2 panic attacks & none of the staff cared they literally made fun of her not cool smh

Never happened - Trip was cancelled last minute due to a problem with their van. Still waiting on a refund from the host. They offered to reschedule for the next day but we couldn’t do the next day.

Tour guide never showed up - I waited 30 mins for the tour guide to arrive but he never showed up. I called him for my hotel phone & I wrote him multiple times but I never got a response. This is the worst experience ever, and I can’t believe this happened to me.

REFUND - I was never picked up from the hotel and requested a refund ! 24-48 hours is the time given to receive confirmation of my refund being sent back but still have nothing !
