Great service 👍🏽👍🏽 - The service was great my partner and I used their services both when we arrived to Cancun and on our way to the airport to go back home. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of our first driver who was great and super friendly but Leonard our second driver was very kind and even arrived early to pick us up. They were on time helped us with our bags and were very kind. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family.

Affordability and so reliable - 100% recommend Caribbean transfers . They made booking soooo easy, especially if you have the WhatsApp app. I used them to coordinate rides for 25 of us and the affordability is out the door! Promise it’s not a scam using their service or pre paying. We had a horrible experience with other taxis in December when we came with my FIL and paid $130 one way for 6people !!! Will definitely be using them the next time we come to Cancun.

Driver was late, and no one available to talk to on phone. - Driver was late to hotel to take us to airport at 5:30 am. I called the phone number on the reservation, and a recording was "We're sorry, agents are available from 7 am to 11 pm." Then, the driver sped to the airport doing 100Kph in a 70 zone. I strongly suggest that if you stay at the NYX Hotel in Cancun, just ask the front desk to get you a taxi. It will be 600 pesos. Carribean Transfer was 570.

Misleading price - They wanted to charge me more than quoted for being "out of zone". Since the beginning I stated where we were going. Day later got an email asking for more money to cover, had to cancel the reservation.

Multi Party Scam from Airport - Experienced our first multi party scam. Paid $45 for this shuttle to our hotel. Included all of the pickup and delivery information. My destination, the St Regis Kanai, is in the Viator confirmation. Even though I shared all my flight information and hotel information again ahead of our trip, I had to call to find where our meetup contact was and then waited again for the assigned driver. Once in the shuttle with all our bags, Bena the Carribean Tours airport contact said Viator gave them the wrong info and they need another $40 before we can leave because our hotel is not in the zone. I showed them my viator reservation with all the details and also the WhatsApp conversation with my details, but they said it's not their problem, their taxi is just a driver and he won't go without more money. This went on for an hour and then they cancelled our reservation leaving us stuck at the airport. Then their friend or contact came up to us right after and negotiated a rate for his Taxi and after getting in, said there were a bunch of extra fees and we left. Then a 3rd friend, who was with GoShuttle, who had our pictures somehow gave us a more reasonable rate of $65. We paid and left. I'm sure all of these companies are connected and waiting to scam customers.
