I highly recommend this tour - I highly recommend this tour, especially the deluxe package with the drinks included. Throughout the trip the staff was friendly and checking to see if we needed anything to drink. Given the high temperatures, we definitely needed the extra water to stay hydrated. This also saved money since the cost of drinks at many of the stops were high. The tour guide was very knowledgeable (speaking 5 languages and learning more). I have to say I am impressed with a guide that can fluently provide information in English and then switch to Spanish so that everyone was informed. The only downside is the frequent vendors trying to sell you merchandise but they have to earn a living too.

Travel with comrades - Very good attention from those who organize the activities and the guides. The treatment is good, the costs according to what is offered. You have to be careful not to miss the bus. They are punctual with departure and arrival times.

Chichén Itza - It was a good experience to know the entire history of Chichen. We were able to buy a scroll with our day of birth on it. The service of our guides is very good.

Nice experience - Even though the tardiness of the pick up on two tours bothered me a little, the agency's tours are good. The agents are serious and attentive. Me and my girlfriend loved the Chichen pyramid. Don't forget to bring your camera, photographers charge a lot of money and ask for a lot of tips.; Take care of your pocket.

Knowing many places - I took the tour that goes from Cancun to Chichén Itza, Valladolid and the cenote, the truth is that all the destinations were beautiful but when we went down to Valladolid we only had time to go around the block, you really can't appreciate anything else in that short time. I don't know what else is there but there is no time to find out.

Felt like a "fleece the tourists" tour - I picked this tour b/c it included entrance to Chichen Itza and seemed inexpensive. I knew I was taking a chance, but figured since it was on Trip Advisor, it would be okay. We were picked up at our hotel at 7:30am. Taxes were collected, which were more than double the cost of the tour!! We then picked up others and met another bus and drove out of Cancun (past our hotel again at 8:30am). Our tour was supposed to have a max of 30 people, but there were at least twice that many! Our tour guide spoke English very well, but very fast, and switched back and forth between English and Spanish every few words, which made it hard to follow sometimes. Our first step was about 3 hours away and before we got there we were encouraged repeatedly to "support the local economy". We wanted to do that, so I told each of the kids to pick something out. The cost was exorbitant! It felt like we were being asked for tips or to purchase something at every turn (because we were)! Chichen Itza was worth seeing, but we did not need 2.5 hours there! There were vendors everywhere selling the same "genuine" souvenirs that we had bought at our previous stop for a tenth of the price! The Cenote was amazing! Too bad there were 5 tour buses full of people there and we spent less than an hour. We then stopped at another village for 20 minutes. Just enough time to grab some quick food to eat on the bus, as we were hungry and lunch had been 6 hours before! We were dropped off back at our hotel at 9:30pm. I wish I had been brave enough to rent a car and do it ourselves.

Beyond disappointed at no fault of our own. - My husband and I took a belated anniversary trip to Cancun in hopes of getting some rest, seeing a cenote, and, one of the wonder's of the world, Chichen Itza. In fact, they were the only things on our "must do" list for the trip. We booked and paid for this tour 2 days in advance. I received an email confirmation from both Viator and the tour operator that everything was set and I was provided a pick up time. The booking and confirmation also made us aware that there would be additional fees on site after our initial payment. Our bus arrived on time and the driver confirmed our booking by using the barcode provided in the email. We were driven from the hotel to a gathering point in a store, where an employee of the tour was sitting at a fold up table, checking off names that had been printed off on paper. Our names were on the list but we were told that our full payment was still due. After showing them multiple items to prove that I had made my payment (as seen in the picture), we were still denied access. I also called the credit card company to confirm that there was not an issue I was unaware of and they confirmed that the payment had posted 2 days prior. She took pictures of my evidence, texted someone on a phone, and basically said nothing could be done unless we paid more money. So, we were left behind and missed out on a chance of a lifetime. Due to the fact that it was last minute, trying to secure another tour for the day was impossible and we were flying out the next morning. We also had to walk back to our hotel. Luckily, it was not too far (approximately 1.5 miles) but with the traffic, heat, vendors, and our moods, it was just and added insult.
