Worth it - This was a great experience, we had an amazing time. This is something you don’t want to miss. If you are shuttling then just know it’s going to take a little longer but all in all we give it a 9/10.

Disappointing - Nothing about this cruise was terrible but it was not what I expected. The boat was very loud. If you are looking for a relaxing sail to the island this isn’t for you. The reason I booked this trip was that we wanted to snorkel. The boat captain was yelling at us to swim the whole time and we couldn’t stop to look at anything for more then a couple seconds without him yelling at us to keep up with the group. We saw one underwater hand statue and maybe 2 fish and then we got back on the boat. I was very disappointed. The private beach was suuuper crowded and every inch on the beach was taken the whole time. If you weren’t in the water you could barely relax because there were people everywhere. The food was ok but definitely wasn’t something I would want seconds of. On the way back to Cancun the boat captain begged everyone for tips for at least 20 min. He told everyone that tips were all of his salary in English and then said that tips were 50% of his tips in Spanish. It was very disappointing that he was trying to get more tips by lying to people about how much he needs them. I wouldn’t recommend this cruise to anyone that is looking for a nice relaxing day with snorkeling and a private beach.

Overall chaotic and not for non Spanish speaking people - We were hoping for relaxing environment and this was not it. This was a loud nonstop party atmosphere. The first stop off the boat was for lunch. You have the option to either stay at the beach for 2 hours or for 1 hour and do a cart tour for an hour. I recommend doing the cart tour because the beach club doesn’t have much to do and is not a great environment for young children. After we got off the second time it was for only 25 minutes and was very pointless. When we were finally docked again, they didn’t even tell us where our transport was or give us any directions of as to we we should go. We were transported back to our hotel with people we weren’t on the same boat with so we waited an hour or so for other people to get back from other boats. Overall this tour was pure chaos and they barely explained anything that was happening in English, so we didn’t ever totally understand what was happening half of the time.

150+ people on a party cruise - We booked this excursion because it clearly said that it was good for avoiding crowds and that the group size was 40 people. When we arrived to the pier (after the late pick up) we were pointed to our boat and we could not believe it… it was not 40 people, it was at least 150 people on this boat. We got super scared because we were travelling to the US two days after, and we booked this tour to avoid big crowds and catching covid. This led to that we did not go snorkeling (which was a major reason why we booked this tour) because there were a crazy amount of people on a super small area on the boat before jumping in the water. The music was EXTREMELY loud and the all inclusive drinks were stored in big containers placed in the sun. We only used the boat as transportation and tried to avoid as many people as we could. We did not get the tour we booked and payed for which is NOT acceptable and we would therefore request a refund.

Horrible experience - They were very disorganized, the boat was over crowded, the music was not kids appropriate and doing the golf cart is a waste of money. One the journey, the coordination was very poor that they didn’t know how to assist with through traffic to allow the group to keep together especially when they brought us through the ghetto.

Chaotic! - Not the greatest experience. From the get go, we we're lost. We did not understand what they were saying. Also, the Amount of time spent snorkeling was not worth the trouble of getting geared up. The atmosphere is loud and chaotic at times. The boat was overcrowded and there was no mask mandate or sanitation efforts in place.

Horrible - Booking through TripAdvisor was horrible. My family and I got to the docking station at 9am our itinerary stated 9:15-9:20am. We were told to get in like and then we would go up to the cashier to pay the the docking fee, which isn’t included. We were the 2nd people in line, we didn’t go up until 11:40am. Prior to going up, my brother in law and I started asking the employees if they could help us and when would we go up due to the fact that our boat was to leave a 10am. We kept being told it’s not your turn ppl who chose transport go first and to go back in line, this happened more than 3x and before we knew it they called us at 11:40. The clerk told me why we didn’t go up sooner, I told her I did I even asked the employees who happened to be in back if of I pointed at them and said we asked them more than 3x and they said to get back in line. They told me to calm down and that they were trying to fix it. No one had the decency to say sorry for the inconvenience and for wasting 2hrs. Beside the people that assist you before docking, everything else was so much! The captain and they’re crew are so much fun. Food is nasty in my opinion. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.
