An incredible experience! From start to Finish! - What an amazing trip with my family! JP, Carlos and Julian were extremely helpful in helping us decide on what tours would fit our schedule and the ones that we would enjoy most. We had an amazing time on the boats and snorkeling! Saw all kinds of sea life and beautiful coral. The next day was incredible!!!! We went to the Cenotes at Zapote. We toured on the ATV's, my son absolutely loved it and went cliff jumping, jungle canopy ziplining and snorkeling in the caves was a life experience to remember!! So glad JP and his team helped us plan out the trips according to the weather, the time of day and with our schedule. Everyone was so nice from start to finish. Would give 10 star if we could.

Everything was amazing! No complaints!!! - We did the boat ride and snorkeling and the next day the Cenotes... I would highly recommend it... Julio Cesar set up our excursions at the Grand Park Royal resort. Julio took time and went over all kinds of excursions to fit with our needs, time, and interest... Julio is a genuine guy who wants u to experience Mexico and really enjoy ur stay... He went above and beyond his job as a gracious human for days making calls and keeping us informed to help find my lost phone. Thank u Julio for just being an amazing human!!! Aquaworld is a great company and very lucky to have Julio. And our boat tour guide Andres was great as well...

The best experience on our visit to Cancun. - The underwater tour is very nice and interesting. And the snorkeling experience was incredible. Our snorkel guide, Jonathan, super professional, always providing the best information and making sure we were well.

Beauty of the environment - Excellent proposal, spectacular landscapes, very good service on board the catamaran, I recommend it!!!!

Not worth what it costs - The place or at least the boat tour, is completely overpriced. You pay a lot for what you actually do. The experience basically involves guiding a boat in line, supposedly at a maximum of 15-20 miles per hour. Then you get to a snorkeling spot. It's nothing out of the ordinary, it's something you can find anywhere in the world: small corals, fish, and so on. The photos they use to promote the tour are too exaggerated. The channels are nothing like what they show. The water in the canals is super black and the place in general does not have the attractive look that promotional images suggest. It looks pretty normal, even disappointing. What you find in the snorkeling area is minimal: very few common corals and fish. There's nothing special or weird that surprises you. In fact, the fish you see are the same ones that you usually eat at the hotel. The snorkeling area is about 5-7 feet deep, and “supposedly” there are statues, but they look like structures placed on purpose to profit from tourism. The guide was pretty decent, but it doesn't justify the price. I paid $100 for my wife and me for a two-hour experience, but we actually spent one hour and 30, maximum one hour and 40. Even the promised time was not met. In addition, you are charged an extra $40 for an “environmental tax” upon arrival. Honestly, if I had a chance to do it again, I wouldn't. It wasn't worth it, it didn't catch my eye, and it's an experience I definitely wouldn't recommend.
