Excellent!!! - The fantastic staff with my children, especially with the support they gave me as a visually impaired person. A special congratulations to the whole group (Alwin, Essteff Estrella, Rodrigo, Valentine, Samuel, Erick, the capital...), made us feel safe, protected. Very professional!!!

An incredible experience! From start to Finish! - What an amazing trip with my family! JP, Carlos and Julian were extremely helpful in helping us decide on what tours would fit our schedule and the ones that we would enjoy most. We had an amazing time on the boats and snorkeling! Saw all kinds of sea life and beautiful coral. The next day was incredible!!!! We went to the Cenotes at Zapote. We toured on the ATV's, my son absolutely loved it and went cliff jumping, jungle canopy ziplining and snorkeling in the caves was a life experience to remember!! So glad JP and his team helped us plan out the trips according to the weather, the time of day and with our schedule. Everyone was so nice from start to finish. Would give 10 star if we could.

Everything was amazing! No complaints!!! - We did the boat ride and snorkeling and the next day the Cenotes... I would highly recommend it... Julio Cesar set up our excursions at the Grand Park Royal resort. Julio took time and went over all kinds of excursions to fit with our needs, time, and interest... Julio is a genuine guy who wants u to experience Mexico and really enjoy ur stay... He went above and beyond his job as a gracious human for days making calls and keeping us informed to help find my lost phone. Thank u Julio for just being an amazing human!!! Aquaworld is a great company and very lucky to have Julio. And our boat tour guide Andres was great as well...

The best experience on our visit to Cancun. - The underwater tour is very nice and interesting. And the snorkeling experience was incredible. Our snorkel guide, Jonathan, super professional, always providing the best information and making sure we were well.

Beauty of the environment - Excellent proposal, spectacular landscapes, very good service on board the catamaran, I recommend it!!!!

Great experience! - Sammy, Jerry and Miguel hooked us up at the Fiesta Americana hotel (across the street). We can’t remember the guides’ names but they were so knowledgeable and such fun. (Pink bands on Wed 9/20!)

Terrible - Staff were extremely rude every time I tried to ask a question, it felt like they were offended. I am not coming back

NOT RECOMMENDABLE - The Snorkel tour was not recommended, they made us swim 500 m to see the supposed coral that was never seen, they only told the group to swim to the boat without giving us time to appreciate the supposed coral, we had to leave at 11:00 AM and it started at like 12:00 almost 1 hour late. NOT RECOMMENDABLE...
