Great experience travel and communication - I was hesitant at first to book with a car service but this one treated us very well. Brandon called days before my trip to confirm booking and scheduling times. Upon arrival at the resort, Carlos Cruz was very prompt in answering all of our local questions and scheduling our excursion. Communicating via WhatsApp made everything very efficient and felt personal. I would use this company again.

TO AVOID!!! DANGEROUS AND UNCONSCIOUS DRIVING > TRANSFER HOTEL TO AIRPORT - Transfer booked by Expedia between Cancun Airport and our Inn in Playa del Carmen. After arriving late, dangerous ride with an unconscious driver. We almost had an accident.

DO NOT USE! - They never came to pick us up from our Hotel, was 30 min late picking us up from the airport. Not organized, not good at all. I ended up calling a taxi and paying same amount. Do Not Use!

Private Shuttle Scam - Their customer service is a JOKE. We waited forever to get a private shuttle. Then they told us that we should take a shared ride so we did not need to wait longer. We agreed to it if they would refund the up charged fee for the private shuttle. They told us they would refund it and to email the customer service email. They NEVER responded and two and a half months later there is still no refund. The private shuttle was a scam and it seems as though they have no intentions of making it right.

Never again! - I paid for private transportation to and from the airport to the resort to avoid stops and delays. The pick up was ready when i arrived at the airport and had me in my resort in less than 20 min. My pick up at the resort was non exsisting !
Their Rep at the resort was terrible, i went to see him when i arrived and he was busy both times selling excursions. i told him who i was and gave him my flight info and told him i just needed to know when my pick up was going to be. he said i will text you your confirmation which he never did, Finally the day of my departure i went to see him it was almost 1pm and he said my pick up time was 12:50pm but my flight was at 6pm. i asked him to change it for 3pm because it was too early and i was not ready. He declined and said there were none available which was a shock to me because is was the low season. I had pay for my own shuttle back.

RIP OFF - RIP OFF!! I paid for private transportation for a return ride to the airport two months ago. Mexico Travel Solutions failed to show up to pick us up. We waited 20 minutes and then took a taxi. They initially sent time stamped photos of a hotel lobby to prove they were there. The photos were not our hotel. I pointed this out and provided them with some photos of my own. Months go by and I finally get someone to respond (after about 10 emails) and they say, sorry, we made a mistake… blah blah blah. They say contact Expedia for a refund. We paid Mexico Travel Solutions directly for our private transportation. I say, why would Expedia pay for their mistake?? Two days later, I get a new email with a new schematic showing the route their van took to pick us up, clearly recently made up to avoid our refund. Angry! Do NOT use this company. Take any other company there is out there.

Not reliable - I don't know why this trip is showing completed on Viator side when my boyfriend and I where never picked up to be taken to the airport & we had to rush to get a taxi to get there on time, also I kept cakling and messaging Viator and no answer, finally one person picked up & he was not aware that the driver no showed, our hotel concierge called us a taxi and we had to pay for another ride which we had already paid.

Don't use these guys! EVER! - We booked a private transfer from Cancun to the Iberostar Grand Paraiso. Our flight arrived as scheduled. We met the representative and he told us the van would arrive in 5 minutes. Every time I checked with them again, it was another 5 minutes. We waited over 45 minutes before the van arrived. No apology was offered.
Our reservation required us to contact the desk at the resort to pick up our voucher and confirm our flight. Hard to do when they do not have a representative at the Hotel. I called their contact number a number of times and waited on hold for 1/2 hour each time. Finally I left a message. I got a call back a day later. The person spoke very English but promised to email me the voucher. It never arrived. I called the day after and it took another full day to get a call back.
Frustration I do not need. I will never use these folks!
