Upon arrival in Cancun, clear customs and proceed to the building’s exit. Pass through the timeshare, car rental, and taxi areas. Avoid the “Family and Friends” exit and head to the “Tour Operators” area. Look for our airport representative holding a Mexico Travel Solutions sign. Our staff is easily recognizable in a white shirt with a navy blue collar and sleeves, an MTS logo on the upper left, a multicolored MTS flower on the right waist, and navy blue pants. Our representative will warmly greet you and guide you to the designated vehicle. Please note there is a waiting time of 20 to 60 minutes to coordinate with other passengers.
