Book your one-way trip transfer between the airport and your Cancun-area hotel and enjoy a stress-free way to start and end your vacation! This is a shared shuttle service, each passenger is allowed one carry-on suitcase and one checked suitcase weighing up to 25 kg.
When making a booking for this trip, you will need to advise your flight details and your hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It’s that easy!
Once you arrive at cancun, clear customs and please proceed to the exit of the building. You will pass through the timeshare, car rental, and taxi area. Please avoid the exit marked “Family and Friends” and take the exit to the designated “Tour Operators” area. Look for our airport representative, who will be waiting for you with a distinctive Mexico Travel Solutions sign. Our staff will be easily identifiable with a white shirt, navy blue collar and sleeves, MTS logo on the upper left side, multicolored MTS flower on the right side of the waist, and navy blue pants. Our representative will warmly welcome you and guide you to the assigned unit. Please note that the unit has a waiting time of 20 to 60 minutes to coordinate with the remaining passengers.

Great price, Great service👍 - It was a good experience. Waited 30 mins for the van to leave the airport, then it took another 30 mins to get to the Hotel Zone. As a solo female traveler, I was not sure what to expect...but the employees were all friendly, the driver was safe and helpful, and the price was the best deal by FAR! I have them booked for my return trip to the airport later this week and would definitely use MTS again in the future.

To anyone that is... - To anyone that is traveling to Cancun, I highly recommend this shuttle. They are promt on pickup , the make sure to have all vehicles ready . I also booked the hotel pickup and they were right on time. Is affordable, and comfortable.

Cheerful and very skilled - My driver was wonderfully cheerful and exceedingly skillful with our saftey in mind. The ocean road had deep potholes flooded with water and was difficult to navigate, but he did it with precise judgement.

MTS for your travel needs! - Excellent! I found them organized and professional and better than the resort transfer service Seasons tours. I used their services several times during my stay and was not disappointed. I used their service from the airport to the resort and slso booked a xcarat tour with them which they provided transfer to from the resort. Always prompt and professional. Was a pleasure doing business with them.

Absolutely horrendous - My group and I I booked shuttle transfers with MTS for November 22nd from Cancun International Airport to Riu Palace Las Americas and November 28th from Riu Palace Las Americas to Cancun International Airport.
While there was no issues with our transfer on November 22nd, our shuttle for the 28th never showed up despite receiving confirmation from MTS. Our booking for November 28th was confirmed by MTS three times - first by Sara Martinez on Nov 4, Carlos, the MTS associate who helped us book our excursions, on Nov. 23rd, and again via email on Nov 26. Seeing as we received multiple confirmations from you folks, it would have been safe for us to assume that our shuttle would show up, however it did NOT. We were waiting outside of the hotel in the dark for an hour and almost missed our flight. I called your office for assistance but seeing as it was 4 AM, I’m assuming it was closed. If it had not been for the hotel staff who were able to get us a cab, we would have been left stranded and wouldn’t have been able to get home. This is completely unacceptable on your part as a company. We paid thousands of dollars to travel for our vacation to Mexico and put our trust in you to provide a service but you did not fulfill it as promised. We received no prior communication from anyone at MTS that our transfer had been cancelled for that day or that the driver would be arriving late. I would like to add that for the excursions we booked with you, the shuttles arrived at least 20-30 minutes late each time to pick us up despite you giving us instructions to be ready outside our hotel 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. While I understand that things can happen unexpectedly on the road, it is YOUR responsibility as a company to notify your customers of any updates instead of just leaving them confused and worried with no information at all.
I have already reached out to the company via email and am requesting a full refund for the stress and inconvenience this experience caused my group.

AVOiD AT ALL COSTS. Disorganized and cannot organized drivers to pickup customers without long wait. - Worst ever experience with this shuttle service company. The staff, Stephen made us wait for 1/2 hour before he came to us as we have to wait for him to arrange drivers. He was disorganized, not able to coordinate all the transportation required. Once he came to us, knowing we have been waiting for 1/2 hour, he said the driver is coming and it will take 5 mins. He said “the driver is at another terminal and he is coming and it will take 5 mins”. So we waited for another 5 mins, 10 mins passed, driver still has not shown up, the driver finally showed up, but the driver said no he is not taking us, he is going to a different route. Arguing with Stephen. Finally, Stephen got another staff to help us to get us a driver. By now we have waited at least 45 mins for a transportation to our hotel.
Now another staff is arranging for another driver to take us to the hotel. Again, he told us “just wait another 5 min, another driver has been called to take us”. So we waited for another 10 mins to pass by, the driver showed up but also said he is not taking us, he is going to a different route. By now, it’s about an hour waiting for transportation service to our hotel. I am fed up with how disorganized this company is, lack of coordination and disorganized in arranging their drivers to pickup customers at the airport.
This 2nd staff is trying again to get us a driver, however no success until the fourth try. I will not ever use this company or recommend this company for a simple transportation to the hotel from the airport.
We end up waiting for over an hour to get a driver to finally start driving us to our hotel.
I will highly recommend to DO NOT USE this company at all costs.
