Fast, polite, & made a smooth ride. Professional all the way. - Our driver had a gift for us! Unexpected & lovely surprise. A memory such as this cannot be planned and was a truly welcome surprise. Kind, courteous, he put our luggage in his vehicle, & unloaded. We had a whole van to ourselves! Smooth ride with healthy haste. Would rent from again easily. Amazing! My wife if she was single she would invite him back! Very cute guy, courteous too. However, quite pleased with professionalism & service.

Best ride - We decided to leave the hotel and explore the town, we met this amazing driver who was the sweetest, she recommended a few local restaurants that were out of this world, she Even waited for us. She is extremely professional, friendly and very caring. She made sure we had a wonderful time and drove us to a few places to shop at a much lower prices than the tourists area. We had such a wonderful time we her that I ended up cancelling my trip to the airport and had her come pick us up instead. If you decide to go to Cancun, please reach out to Ileana, she is THE BEST! I will highly recommend.

Taxis, Good and Bad - I had a big problem with the original Taxi Service (BDS Cancun) that I booked thru Booking.com. The company driver was a no show. no emails, texts, nothing. BUT I ended up using eTransfers who was professional and got the job done round trip. I highly recomment eTransfers Taxi. They can be contacted at etransfers.com or +52(998)387.0229

And What is the Real Name of the Taxi Service?? - We were scheduled to be picked up at Cancun Airport by "Cancun AIrport Taxi Service." The company that actually picked us up was "Shuttle Centro." (Neither coming nor going did we see the original name.) in the context of Cancun Airport, the lack of the actual name created some problems..... Other than that, the drivers --both ways--were competent and we got to out destinationsAnd . .....One problem: In filling out the form, I sought to be dropped off at the Ferry in Playa del Carmen. Instead of leaving that end-point as a destination, the form gave another name. ....We eventually were brought to one ferry...but found that it was not operating that day...so we had to backtrack to the ferry that was operable. (Completely avoidable if the taxi service had taken the time to phone both ferries to find out which was operable.) That may seem like a big deal, but it could have created even greater problems.

Scam and theft - Be careful, all taxis departing from the airport are in collusion and agree to charge exorbitant prices. In addition he adds a zero to the addition to scam you Big scam authorized by the airport

Don’t waste your time … - Trash don’t book them .. I booked and after I paid they told me I had to pay more . And then they canceled my booking while I was on the plane heading to Mexico so I didn’t have any transportation when I arrived… They think this is acceptable because they refund you but you still have to wait days for that money to come back … just don’t waste your time booking them at all …
