Special Experience - With a silhouette formed by a beautiful coast of clear sand bathed by the Caribbean sea, Isla Mujeres is a paradise located 12 kilometres from Cancun. Although small, the island brings together Mayan ruins, culture, history, stunning beaches and a wonderful natural environment. The tour includes lunch and drinks. Drinks also at the catamaran and snorkeling experience near the reefs.

Best excursion ever. - Don’t let the lack of reviews hinder you from purchasing this great experience.
We were picked up bright and early at the specified pick up location buy a great man that worked for the company. The ride to Cancun was enjoyable and seamless.
We were then dropped off at the port where the boats are. We were offered to go platinum for an additional $40. platinum included a bigger boat with an inside covering , premium drinks , less people on the boat , and a private catering experience at the beach club . I highly recommend going platinum because not only is it a better experience but on the regular boats they were stacking people up like crabs.
As we sailed away to the island we were immediately giving our first round of drinks and they just kept flowing.
Once you get to the island , you have the option of doing the golf cart tour for 13 USD , and also highly recommend it. It was quick to get around the island and it was beautiful to see.
After the tour we were taken to the beach club. There is a menu they provide if you’re platinum, and you’re able to choose however many dishes from that menu. Also an open bar as well with great pina coladas and margaritas and more. I also got a massage for 30 USD. That massage was terrific and greatly needed. They take cash, pesos , card.
From there we went back on the boat to enjoy more drinks and sailed to a part of the sea in which we stopped and swam in. Very calm and warm water and they provide lifeboats. We then sailed again to the snorkeling location.
Overall it was a great and fun experience that I recommend. If I come here again I will definitely purchase this.

Great day on the water! - The Catamaran was such a fun time! There was sun, music, drinks, tequila, and many smiles. Snorkeling was really neat, there were multiple things to see in the water including the underwater statues, reef with fish, and stone cars in the water. After snorkeling, we went to Isla Mujeres for some shopping, food, and beach time. We recommend the extra golf cart tour, which lets you drive around the island for site seeing. The staff was friendly, bilingual, and always ready to help.

More of a booze cruise than a snorkeling trip, but definitely fun - First things first: if you're taking this trip to snorkel, find another trip. This was definitely a party cruise. They dropped us off to snorkel for about 30 minutes in a place teeming with other boats and nothing of note to see. By the time everyone got a life jacket and jumped into the water it was time to get back on the boat. We had upgraded to the platinum cruise for another $45 apiece and our first stop on the island was to a beach club owned by the tour company with a small beach area, a bar and a buffet. The food was good, typical buffet fare. I was told the difference between the platinum cruise and the regular one was that we had the better beach club and the open bar, but there's no proof that it was anything different. Another bit of advice, skip the golf cart tour provided by the company. If you take an $8 taxi to the town you can get a much cheaper golf cart. It's a much cheaper option then the $40 cart tour offered to you by your tour guide. It also gives you some autonomy and more time at a really really nice beach. Aside from all that, the day was great. They kept the music going and the booze flowing on the boat. Our tour guide, Peter, was highly animated and made sure we all had a great time. As long as you have managed expectations, you will have a great time.

Taking photos on the boat... - Taking photos on the boat was the best. The photographer did a great job at making us look good. The turquoise water was beautiful. We really enjoyed the snorkeling we did 15 minutes into our adventure. Unfortunately, Isla mujeres not waist we expected and we were there way too long. It got boring really fast. The water was dirty and too warm. When we thought we were finally going back they took us to another side of the island filled with boats in the water and what looked like abandoned boats. This area was extremely crowded with only shops and restaurants.

Penny pincher - I visited Cancun and this company y far was the worst. I went with a group, we had two excursions booked with this site. You spend all this money upfront (online) with no indication that there are different packages or additional fees! When you get to your excursion they hold you up for about 35/45mins trying to convince you to upgrade your package, well what you wanna do is upgrade because when you get there they tell you how bad of a package you purchased. We paid prior to, $200 only to find out there is a $40 docking fee plus if you don’t wanna be on a catamaran with 100 other people you can pay additional $100 for semi private. Well of course we paid it because it’s hot as all get out in Cancun who wants to be on a catamaran with 100 people. They also canceled part of our group reservation and put them on a different day (unbeknownst to us) and wouldn’t accommodate us, which they put them on the same date and time that we all had the catamaran tour booked! I don’t know how they expected them to be in two places at one time! They kept saying they would send another transportation vehicle for our remaining group of 4 but never did. So part of our group missed atv. Same deal with the atv, you get there and of course they want more money. Just give all logistics online so there’s no surprises and your not forced to pay more once your there because of the circumstances. The two couples that were in my group never got accommodated nor did they get a refund!

Don’t waste your time - They nickel and dime you for everything! They tell you how bad the regular package is and you need platinum once you get there and it’s nothing different! They don’t dock where they drop you off at then you searching for the boat you arrived on through thousands of people. Then the guides who took you off the boat stand at the beginning of the line calling you like dogs and people don’t want to let you through because they think you cutting line so you almost arguing with other ppl and about to get left because you stuck in line! The beach they take you to is horrible, everything was just a waste of time and money! It sucked for real!

Rip off - We booked the Isla Mujeres and Isla Contoy tour for January 2. 2 days before they called us and said it was moved to January 3, but we were leaving that day.
Despite now 5 emails, I have never received a refund. They responded to one email and said they would look into it, but now have ghosted me. Nay last email about 3 weeks ago I told them I was going to post this review, still no response.
So they basically stole my $268.20. Unfortunately I booked directly (mistake) so have no recourse.
