Horrible Staff and Jungle Tour - We made reservation for 3 people but we’re only allowed 2 jetski. We had to refund this because the front desk staff Romerio didn’t want to compensate us so we asked our trip planner for a refund which he did. We later then booked through another person who was a very nice gentalemen and gave us a good deal. when completing the activity the staff cut our 30 minute session 9 minutes short which the staff agreed to that they did cut us short after 30 minutes of arguing. They refused to compensate us in anu and told us that’s it not that bad and they won’t do anything about. Not only that that the jetski instructor became very aggressive when I didn’t realize he was calling up back and he proceeded to zig zag and splash water on me which were rules that we had to sign to make sure we don’t do that. Even though he cut our time short. Very awful expierence. I will say they did give us a discount on the pictures but, very small discount and still ended up paying more than expected. I’m overall i do not recommend this place and avoid going here at all. Stay away from this place at any means. With the disrespect and aggression from staff, the lack of accountability, the lack of compensation for mistake they made, and the unexpected jetski fees (incase of any damage) are absurd. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE NOT WORTH IT!
