Efficient. On time. Professional. - Very good shuttle service. We liked private transportation. Efficient. On time. Cost seemed reasonable. AIRPORT TIP - don't get sidetracked by salesmen/hustlers inside airport on way out like we did. Just walk past them to outside and look for Happy Shuttle people in lime green shirts.

Very professional, friendly drivers. Good experience. - After walking outside the Cancun Airport, it was so simple to find the Happy Shuttle agent. The transfer to-and-back to our hotel took about 25-30 minutes. We couldn't have been more pleased!

A Definite Winner! - After walking outside the Cancun Airport, it was so simple to find the Happy Shuttle agent. He quickly took us to the spot where the van would soon be, and he never took his eye off us. He did not want us to wander away, because the vans are so quick and efficient. And indeed they were! The transfer to-and-back to our resort took about 45 minutes, and the driver was obviously expert with the route. We couldn't have been more pleased and will book with them again in a couple of months!

Excellent shuttle service - Completely satisified with service. Agents are easy to find at airport and relatively quick time for shuttle to arrive. Van was on-time for pick up at hotel too. Both drivers very professional and courteous. Due to unexpected flight delays on day of return, Happy Shuttle was able to accommodate a later pick up time for us when we called that same morning. This was awesome, although probably not always possible! Still shows excellent customer service to try to accommodate the request. Will definitely book with Happy Shuttle again on our next visit!

Reliable and friendly transportation in Cancun - Based on other fellow travelers’ reviews we went ahead with Happy Shuttle for our transfer from Cancun airport to Paradisus Cancun and back. We reserved a private car just for the two of us and we were very pleased with the service. Happy Shuttle sent us very clear instructions on how to locate them upon arrival, however, when you come out of the airport there are so many vans and cars it makes you wonder how you are going to find the Happy Shuttle greeters. Their bright green shirts really helped! Our driver to the resort, Trinidad, was very friendly and professional. For the return our driver Vincent arrived on time for the pick-up and was equally friendly and professional. The vehicles were clean, and all the staff spoke very good Spanish. Happy Shuttle was also a cheaper option that booking private transportation from the resort. I highly recommend this company and will likely hire them again if our travels take us back to Cancun.

Wilber to your rescue, Happy Shuttle. - Wilber saved Happy Shuttle from a 2 star review. Upon arrival, we were told our ride was 10 minutes away. I noted that everyone that arrived and was waiting for their shuttle was told the same wait time. The reality was that we waited for 45 minutes!!! Wilber was our driver and we loved him, such a cool guy. Our return shuttle to airport arrived on time. If you don’t want to wait, you’re better off taking a taxi from the taxi stand.

This was a disappointing... - This was a disappointing experience. We were met by a company rep at airport Arrivals. He had our reservation on file, but the wrong destination hotel was listed. I showed him my printed copy of our paid-in-full confirmation, which showed the correct hotel. He called the office to request rerouting and they wanted to charge an additional $29 for the "destination change", even though we didn't change the destination, they had an error in their system. After we refused to pay the extra, they canceled and refunded our entire booking. We ended up taking a taxi.
