Excellent Service - On time, friendly and everything happened like they said it would! We had a 0530 pick up and the driver was EXACTLY on time. It was great, would definitely use again!

A pleasant, private, and air conditioned experience - Overall, it was well worth it to have set up transportation to the hotel zone in advance, and not have to deal with the Cancun taxis. Our arrival pickup went smoothly, it was a little difficult to find them outside the market from Terminal 4, but others were happy to direct us to them when we said we were looking for Happy Shuttle. We left within 10 minutes of checking in and our drive was pleasant, private, and air conditioned. Our departure shuttle came for us at our scheduled time of 4am with no issues, and was actually even early so we were able to depart at 3:55 instead. Again the ride was great with no issues. Overall it feels a little expensive for the 10 - 20 minute drive, but thats what the taxis would have charged you anyways , and this was convenient and private! We will definitely use them again if we are back in Cancun

Great Shuttle Company! - We were so happy with Happy Shuttle Cancun. The representatives were exactly where they said they would be, so the instructions were clear. The gentleman that helped us was so friendly and wonderful. The shuttles were on time both ways. The shuttles were clean. It was nice to have a private shuttle, and the drivers were friendly. We booked ours ahead, but you can purchase transfers at the airport. It was my first time to Cancun, so it was nice to know that we had trusted shuttles, especially as our party had issues with their shuttles with different companies. I would recommend booking with them again. Thank you!

Great transport to the resort!! - Wilbur was our driver and he was amazing! Very conversational and made the trip to the hotel a breeze. I can tell you that coming to the airport was overwhelming, I was so thankful to find our guide (who was easy to spot with the uniform).

Only the best! - Easy to book, the US based airline I work for uses Happy Shuttle for our crew transportation in Cancun so they are vetted and very reliable. I booked and paid online, private shuttle to hotel zone for our vacation. Very welcoming and friendly service and drivers. On time and excellent communication. Email response was within minutes!

Happy Shuttle uses 3rd party drivers. Bad experience - Drive from the resort to the airport was not Happy Shuttle but a third-party that Happy Shuttle contracted with - not what we paid for or would have chosen if given an option. Driver drove erratic and my husband saw the driver was *20* miles over the speed limit in the beach zone. Arrived to the airport nausea, irritated, and unhappy. Emailed Happy Shuttle while in the van, then while waiting in the airport lounge for flight, and have yet to receive any reply to our request for a reimbursement. The van door was also safety locked so we couldn't open it ourselves at the airport but had to get the third-party driver to open it. We've used Happy Shuttle before for their SUV service and thought we'd try the van. Doubt we will ever use Happy Shuttle because they switch out to third-parties. First part of our trip from airport to resort was a Happy Shuttle van (logo on it and QR code for review in the van) and that ride was excellent with a great driver. Exactly what we expected leaving but did not get that experience.

Expect to wait - We booked weeks in advance and had to wait 45 minutes for our driver to show up. Very disappointing service. They kept telling us 15 minutes more.
