Cancun Total Snorkel - 4 hour tour with transportation - The underwater views were amazing. The underwater reef and wreckage were the best!
Definitely worth going on the smaller vessel without the crowds of the bigger boats/catamaran if you are looking for a more personal experience. More time in the water, without the crowds of people swimming all around each other!
During our tour, we saw turtles and stingrays with many colored fish species.
Our guide, Maya (Carlos) and VC, were super helpful! Thanks guys!!!👍👌

Fun! But tiring event. Wouldn’t add jet skiing so far in advance without knowing the forecast. - We did the snorkeling but it was a fairly windy day so the waves were kinda whipping. We chose to skip our jet skiing portion. The team offered to let us reschedule it for tomorrow but we didn’t want to go through the effort of traveling back to the marina for just jet skiing so we passed.
The snorkeling itself was very well managed! But it was definitely tiring. We’re fairly strong swimmers and made it through the whole journey but our ankles and hips are definitely a bit sore the next day.

Rosa and Alex are fantastic - We snorkelers the cenote, reef, park, and a shipwreck. I'm experienced, but we had some beginners including non-swimmers with us. Rosa and Alex did a great job making everyone feel safe. We saw turtles and many fish and coral. Water was fairly clear, 30 ft, but we were probably max depth of 25 ft.

Best Snorkeling in Cancun!! - Total Snorkel Cancun
Fantastic & very scenic. We saw shipwreck, underwater statues & more, I missed the Turtles but had a ton of fun. Awesome Staff: guide Robert was amazing, trained everyone how to snorkel very well, if you want to be a pro within a few hours definitely learn from Robert!! There were some strong currents to content with but that is not something they can control, be prepared to get some exercise it’s well worth it. Captain Juan the boat captain was amazing, Smooth boat ride, Juan knows the locations exceptionally well. Photographer Jorge Manuel was awesome, I have done some photography myself & he definitely knows his lighting, he got so many good shots of everyone. Jorge Manuel is also a fantastic swimmer too. All equipment needed is provided including prescription goggles which since I wear glasses was amazing.
Man oh man well worth the $70 tip I gave.

Excellent Trip - This was an excellent snorkelling trip. We stopped at a shipwreck (waters were very choppy so we didn’t stay long), underwater museum, turtles and a cenote. I saw two turtles!
Monica was an excellent guide and they provided us with water on the boat. Her English was very good also.
We booked to do the jet ski as well however after the snorkelling decided not to go ahead with the jet ski. As above, the water was really choppy so we didn’t feel comfortable. No refund provided which is understandable, however a reschedule was offered.
Thank you!

Will Be Back for More!! - First of all, our tour guide Monica was amazing and really helped make the whole experience. The snorkeling areas were beautiful and although the first was a bit crowded, all the other stops were very relaxed. The only downside we had on the trip was weather related. Dark clouds rolled in before reaching the cenotes so those weren't as visible. All in all, A+++ and would recommend to all.

Great for first open water snorkeling adventure - Snorkel guide and captain were great and snorkeling in the ocean was perfect leveling up for us. It was our second snorkeling adventure in Cancun. Great for that type of experience and nice for our first open Ocean experience.
We saw a couple of sea turtles and a few schools of fish. Some of the fish swam right under/around us. There were a few sting rays and star fish along the way. And the turtle feeding ground looked like an underwater lawn. The wrecked boats were fun to see. The “Museum” wasn’t much to see just two finger statues.
Overall, nothing too exotic but still gorgeous water and great open water experience.
Some other thoughts on the snorkeling. The water was a little choppy and affected some visibility. They did have to cancel our first trip as the weather was too poor and harbor closed. Luckily our trip was planned for early in our stay and we had some flexibility, so rescheduling worked for us.
Boating from one sites to the next is a little rushed. But it was fun seeing so many different things. So I have mixed feelings about that.
It was also a great place for riding jet ski 1st time (which was us). But probably not great for people who have ridden jet skis a lot as you are restricted in where you can ride.
We were not going to buy pictures but our go pro’s battery wasn’t charged. Their photograph took some great pics of us and the sites we saw so we ended up buying their photo package (they didn’t get most of us in the videos, so we didn’t buy those).
Overall a great fist open water snorkel and Jet ski adventure for rookies like us.

Think twice. - The whole trip felt extremely rushed. Couldn't stop to enjoy the sculptures or the sunken ship. Even time I dived down and came back up, I would hear the tour guide yelling "Keep up!" "Go RIGHT, go LEFT!!" "Catch up!" "Stay with the group" it felt like he was herding cattle.
Common. It's snorkeling. You gotta stop and smell the corals and really emerse yourself.
Also be known, that this should be labeled as a begginers snorkeling trip, the poor tour guide literally had to teach people how to put on their flippers. Also paid for pictures and videos and haven't received them yet.
Best part was the jetskis, those things were awesome
