AMAZING! - Our experience was more than excellent! Our tour guides were G and Alex, G explained everything in detail with background information about Cancún, the food and areas. He also made sure we were safe and comfortable at all times. I highly recommend this trip to all the foodies who want to try good food! The food was nothing short of amazing. I do wish we had a little more time to shop as we had 30 minutes and there were many things to see. Overall, this experience was 10/10!

1000 thumbs up! - Alex was the driver and G explained all the different tacos and sauces. This was an EXCELLENT tour. You will not be disappointed! We did the night time one. All the tacos and churros were so good! We loved going to the local food places instead of the tourist places. The local market was filled with kids having fun and many food trucks. Of course we were to full to try them but it was still fun to experience it. G and Alex are amazing! You will love these guys!

Delicious! - This was an amazing experience. Our driver/host was super sweet, a gentleman, punctual and very knowledgeable. He introduced us to authentic mexican food while also educating us about the culture. The first spot, El Pocito was my fave. Overall great experience, would book again!

Great tour, 100% recommend - Driver Alexis and tour guide G were really good. G was awesome, so friendly, and so knowledgeable. All the food we had was great. I loved that this doesn’t take up your entire day and you get to experience some more authentic food here in Cancun. Pick up and drop off was prompt. Would 100% recommend.

Great food, great experience! - G was our tour guide, and Alex was our driver. They were very polite, helpful and informative! THE FOOD WAS BOMBBBBB we had birria tacos and yummy sandwiches and omg please get the horchata it is so fire. The market and murals were very nice too, but the food was the highlight for me. I miss it everyday. Yum

Great local food experience - Great local experience just what we were looking for. We’ve been to the Cancun area all inclusives many times but wanted to explore the local culture. Hotels couldn’t get us what we wanted TripAdvisor did. G and Alex were great from the time they arrived at our hotel. We had a group of 12 so the van was full (little warm but heat index was over a 100 that day). Had 3 great different restaurants and a fun dessert experience. The murals were a great local art opportunity. The History G shared and explanations of the food prior to each stop were amazing and thorough. It’s a must do experience.

Cancun food tour - We had G and Alex for our tour and both were amazing. Great tour to see the city of Cancun and try local food.

good food, good guide, good value! - Had a great morning with Alex and G. G gives you great insights into local history and the history of the Murals which was really interesting. One of the food stops was closed for a deep clean after the hurricane and G was quick to put an alternative plan in place that meant we didn’t miss out. The food was fantastic and the benefit was that it was where all the locals eat. Two words of caution… go hungry to get the best experience and if you book through TUI take a close look at pick up time. TUI voucher said 10am in hotel lobby but Cancun street food voucher (in a separate email) said 9am. Don’t hesitate to book.

Must-do Food Tour of Cancun - Sasha and G did a fabulous job. G communicated well, prepared us for each next stop, and offered a very fun experience. Every stop was a little different and provided a great tour. Sasha was a fabulous driver and was always very helpful getting in and out of the van and navigating the.

Poor service - We payed in full for the tour and opted for the hotel pick up which was explained to us would be an extra $15usd per person. We happily agreed to this due to being in Playa del carmen. We received an emai confirming our hotel pick up time would be 8.10am on the morning of the tour which was fine. At 9.30pm the night before our tour we received an email stating that they may have to cancell or re'arrange an alternative date due to  lack of bookings the following day. Although dissaponted, i replied that we were happy for an alternative date that they could choose to suit their bookings. I thought this fair on our part. Half an hour later i received another email stating they were withdrawing their hotel collection option and we would have to make our own way to them if we wished to participate in the tour. Needless to say i asked for an immediate refund. Totally unprofessional service, especially messing us about at the last minute.
