Book now! You won’t regret it! - I absolutely recommended this excursion & this company! The crew is awesome! Friendly, helpful, & fun! The water is breathtakingly beautiful! The included buffet lunch & time on the beach was wonderful! The snorkeling isn’t for everyone b/c the water was a bit rough, but it may have just been the day we went (January). It didn’t detract from the fun at all. Isla Mujeres is gorgeous! If you are on the fence, book it! It’s worth every penny! Overall I give it a 10/10!

Wonderful time on the water! - From start to finish this was a great excursion. The boat was clean and the masked crew made sure to give everyone hand sanitizer plus spray our shores before we got on. Once aboard we were given clear instructions in English/Spanish. The crew were very friendly and attentive....constantly going to each person to see if they needed anything. The trip itself was beautiful as was Isle Mujeres.

Well worth it! - This tour was amazing! The crew were attentive and very fun! We got to snorkel, stop outside the island to swim and then had about 2 1/2 hours to explore the island! The meal the provided was very tasty and there is an open bar! The beach on the island is breathtaking, we rented chairs for 10USD for 2 hours and relaxed and swam in the crystal clear water. You can definitely do all your souvenir shopping on the island as well! 10/10 recommend

It's ok... But I'm sure there are better excursions, so do some research. - There were A LOT of people on the boat. I didn't realize when I booked it that it was a party boat with all these people. Didn't lower the rating because of that, but warning that if you are looking for a small snorkeling excursion, keep looking. Might have been the language barrier but the staff seemed rude. I asked if I could take my life preserver off when I snorkeling, the staff member scoffed, rolled his eyes and said no. The overall tone was harsh, but again, might be the language barrier. The snorkeling SUCKED! There were so many other boats around this 'reef' that you only saw a few schools of fish. Not the colorful ones shown in the photos. I didn't even turn my GoPro on if that tells you anything about the lack of quality of fish. My wife and I stopped looking in the water after 10 to 15 minutes because there was nothing to see. The equipment was worn out and needs replaced. I have done MANY snorkeling excursions so know what I am doing and how to fit my mask. I would tighten the strap and as soon as i would put it on, it would loosen back up and fill back with water. Really didn't matter since there wasn't much to look at in the water. You were forced to wear your life jacket so you couldn't dive down, again, not that it mattered. But there were some statues that i would have like to have gotten a closer look at but nope, life preserver stopped me from going down. The fact they had 1 bartender and all these people took a while to get a drink sucked, but you could get as much as you wanted so that's a positive. The meal on the Isla was good. You get 90 minutes there to eat and drink all you want. The staff at the restaurant was very attentive and kept our drinks full. Then you had like 2 hours to do what you wanted to do. We chose the beach which was nice. All honesty, keep looking for a different 'snorkeling' excursion unless you want to drink.
