"Best excursion we did in Mexico!" - From start to finish, this tour was perfectly organized and full of energy. The crew was hilarious and super helpful, the music created a great vibe, and the open bar + buffet combo was just what we needed. Snorkeling was a blast, and lounging on Isla Mujeres was the perfect end to a perfect day.

Very full day from Puerto Morelos to Isla Mujeres. - The transportation to the catamaran was very tight for 6 adults in a small vehicle. There was too much down time in Isla Mujeres-not enough time to rent a golf cart and too much shopping time. The catamaran ride back to the port took a very long time. Total excursion time was 8:45 am-7:15 pm. It was a beautiful day, staff was super friendly but just a little too long.

If you don’t like crowds and feeling like cattle, book another tour! Not the one for you. - The sign in process was extremely rough. They only had one person signing in approximately 100 people. And everyone arrives at the same time. There was a whole lot of waiting around for this process after check-in before you were able to get on the boat. You arrive around 9:30 and don’t get on the boat until 1045. We were then taken to the reef where another 500 people were in the water. All at the same time. You are supposed to stay with your guide, which is very difficult considering the amount of people in the water. All they have is a lifesaver that differentiates them from anyone else. I could not do anything without being kicked or hit by other swimmers because it was that packed. It was the least enjoyable thing I have ever done. I have snorkel all over the place and this was horrible. Could not even enjoy it. Then we were taken to the island where we had a buffet. This was also very similar to a cruise ship. Everyone was ushered in specific sections. The food was not good. We then got back on the boat and were taken to another part of the island where we had more rest time. But again tWe then got back on the boat and we’re taken to another part of the island where we had more rest time. But again this felt like a cruise ship port. So busy. The only enjoyable thing about our trip was our guide Pancho and crew. They were so fun! Next time we will pay for a small group. We had no idea this was going to be like this. It was awful.
