We were in a couple and we loved the walk. - The whole tour was great, the care of the whole team is their big difference. Everyone is very charismatic and attentive all the time.
The Beach Club that is part of the tour is also excellent, great structure and a perfect beach.
You can take the walk without fear that you will love.

So fun... Highly recommend! - My brother and I booked this catamaran. It was very well run and I always felt safe. When we snorkeled there was an employee in the water with us as well as a "safety" boat watching us. When we did the golf cart tour, we had on employee in the front and one in the back. I always felt well cared for and everything seemed very well organized! The whole crew was friendly! Daphne was amazing and so sweet. People were dancing and having a lot of fun on the way back to the dock. NOTE: we had to pay $40 dock fee...so it really is $77 ..but I thought i was worth it.

Snorkeling Adventure - Snorkeling was nice! Lots of fish. Catamaran was fun! Kayaking, paddle boarding, swinging in the water. Highly recommend

A Great Experience - This excursion was definitely the highlight of my trip! The staff was amazing, the boat was amazing, the food was great, the beach club was beautiful! We upgraded to the VIP adults only package and it surely did not disappoint. You definitely get a lot more than what you’re paying for.

Excellent service - We had a very good experience!
The overall ride was excellent and very good atmosphere, the staff was very attentive and the drinks were also very good service.

Fun day in the sun - Had a fun day snorkelling, swimming and checking out the island. Only negative was an issue with pickup forcing us to go on the afternoon/evening tour which was fun but got back in the dark.

Boat ride excellent, food and service terrible. - The boat ride to (and back) Isla Mujeres was really great and the crew super friendly.
However, the service at the assigned restaurant was very poor. Since only one area was open, the lines were very long and the food was terrible.

Not that amazing - The catamaran is decent and there are plenty of beverages to fight the heat. Not much space though. They warn you to use biodegradable sunblock, which you can buy there: it won't protect you and you'll get burned.
The snorkeling experience is ok, but don't expect to see big fish or big statues like at MUSA.
The main goal of going to Isla Mujeres is the north side of the beach of Playa Norte, but if you want to go you'll only stay 30 minutes at the spot (you need to walk 10 minutes to get there and to go back to the dock). You can stay in the dock beach if you want, to make it 50 minutes. Nothing there is inckuded in the package.
The second stop is at a small beach going south. There isn't much nice space to swim and the beach is not really nice. The beds and chair spots are worn-out and not clean. There is a constant bad smell, and there was only 1 toilet working in the men's restrooms. The buffet was ok, but the open bar is poor and not tasty.
The boat was not back at the expected time so we had to wait in line on the dock under the burning sun.
Guides are good and they explain you what you will expect so you don't have surprises.
Bad experience with the dock fee: we were forced to pay 40 USD per person, where everyone was paying 20 USD. The explanation was that Viator arranges the fees. It was more expensive than the tour itself. It seems the lowered price offered is a bait to pay the ferry fees increased at the meeting point.
Nothing extraordinary, just the experience of swimming at Playa Norte beach, at least for half an hour.

Didn’t get to go. We were... - Didn’t get to go. We were sent to the wrong pick up point then at the entrance despite our booking confirmation we were told we had to pay another $120 on top of what we already paid
