Some of the staff that helped my wife and I celebrate our 52nd Anniversary - My wife and I just returned from Secrets Playa Mujeres a week ago and we were very pleased with the attention from the entire staff to help us celebrate our 52nd anniversary. Everyone was very attentive and would go out of their way to make our stay memorable. Listed below are just some of the staff that I was able to remember. There were so many more that I just didn't have the time to get their names. Great relaxing holiday - Booked as advertised as small couple hotel and it certainly was as advertised which was exactly as we wanted. We were after a quiet holiday to just chill out and relax and that is what we got. Great hotel complex: small, intimate, relaxing. Good size rooms and shower area. Great restaurants: Four restaurants Le Bisou French restaurant for buffet breakfast except all types of eggs freshly cooked with good service. Lupita steak/mexican food with perfect service. La Isla Italian excellent food and once again could not fault the service. El Mar seafood set on the beach. food at all restaurants was excellent although if staying for 10/14 days menu’s a little restrictive in choice Great bars plenty of choice with entertainment of an evening if wanted. Not the best drinks choice and some nights did not have your drink which is not what I would consider 5 star service. Great Great staff: Don’t want to mention individual names as all staff went out of their way to provide the service they promise and consider this hotel to have the best I have encountered. Obviously do not cater for the British tea drinker as the choice of English breakfast tea is limited. Had to complain to supervisor before the room had this replenished on a daily basis. Also only two coffee cream each day and no real milk supplied had to get a cup of milk from restaurant each day. So one cup of tea or coffee with powdered milk each day per person is not great. Consider this to be sub standard for a hotel so highly rated Overall a good holiday unfortunately will not be returning as my wife is a smoker and new government restrictions on smoking reduced her overall experience. Obviously not the fault of the hotel but will have to find a new country to holiday in after 30 years of visiting Mexico.

Professionalism, kindness and smile - I came to Dubai to create my new company and I stayed for 2 and a half months at the Khoory el atrium al Barsha hotel. I felt at home thanks to the kindness and professionalism of each employee of this establishment. I would like to thank the entire Yasmin spa team: Siami, Vera Kumar, Zotal, Anshul...I highly recommend stopping by the spa because you will have an unforgettable moment of relaxation because each of these people I have just mentioned will take care of you with such gentleness and kindness that you no longer want to leave the spa. I will happily return to the spa and I will recommend to all my clients to visit the Yasmin spa. Thanks again to the whole team. All my thanks also go to the housekeeping team. I would like to thank Moovi and Maya, who are exceptional people, my rooms have always been carefully cleaned with delicate attention, always smiling, caring and pleasant. I felt like home. Remarkable work from each of these two people. The hotel is really lucky to have them. I also don't forget Angelo, Omar, Françis who were very punctual but who were also very attentive and kind. Finally, I thank the entire reception team for their always smiling and kind welcome. I felt safe and they were always available and responsive to each of my various requests: all my gratitude to Thierry, Ascitha, Samiya, Boumedien, Amor, Muneeb, Kishor, Michelle, Dikshya, Akshay, Sameer, Ram. Thank you to all of you. Thanks also to the entire security team. I will come back very happily to have the pleasure of spending a pleasant stay in the company of professional and caring people who always take care of you.
