Nice trip - The crew was amazing and it is worth it
I do recommand this aventure
you only have to pay the rent of the golfcar for the roundtrip in Downtown islas mujeres if you want

Worth it - It was excellent, our guide Pancho went above and beyond with the attention. He even drove us around in the golf kart and showed us the isla mujeres. I will definitely go back. And booking the excursion with this app went smoothly. There were other people that booked the excursion somewhere else, and they had problems with unknown fees.

Highly recommended - A fun filled day with a great crew. Good communication from the time of booking the trip, pick up time from hotel was spot on. A clear explanation of the days activities before we boarded the catamaran. Drink flowed all day and the crew were very attentive. Would have preferred longer on Isla Mujeres and more time snorkelling but all companies offer similar itineraries. All in all I would highly recommend booking with this company

Great tour and fantastic staff! - This is one of the most popular activities in Cancún And we decided to do it with this company, they were extremely helpful and friendly during the excursion, the weather was not the best but we have fun in the Catamaran, we spend some time shopping in Isla Mujeres.

The best tour to Isla Mujeres!!!! - Excellent service, my wife and I enjoyed our vacation, the tour to Isla Mujeres was very good, even though our hotel was very far away, our driver José was at the time scheduled by the agency, we boarded the catamaran in the morning and the crossing is indescribable, the drinks on board did not run out, and the food was very delicious, Isla Mujeres is sensational, the guys on the crew were very friendly, if you want to have a great time, book this tour.

Tour without snorkeling. - I closed the package with Snorkel and when we got there we didn't do it. The marine fee is higher than the standard prices there.

Overcrowded and over priced. - Boat ride was good but the island is too crowded, very poor food quality. Bathrooms were awful and beach was overcrowded. Waste of money overall.

Would not recommend - Terrible, first of all let me say I'm a long time consumer of booking excursions via viator and they have mainly been very good. However i paid for this Excursion thinking I have already paid the entire cost. Only to be told upon arrival that there is an additional fee per person of 800 Mexican pesos. To note, that was the second Excursion in cancun that charged that additional fee. Then there was an additional fee of 6% to use a credit card. The total for my family was an additional 187 US dollars. Which they charged me twice for. I told them they charged twice and showed them the proof on my bank acct and they insisted they didn't, despite me then confirming with the bank that the transaction went through twice. Now I'm back home and have to dispute charges with my bank. The boat was small with barely any place to sit or shade. The drinks were watered down and there is no actual bar for drinks. The snorkeling was ok but the waters were rough. The island was extremely crowded and the lunch was subpar and bathrooms had no running water. The staff for the most part working on the boat was great but that was the only thing positive. Overall, I would skip this one.
