As part of the Riviera Maya’s cenote route, the Zapote cenote is conveniently situated close to the Kin Há cenote. This open-air well, nestled within the jungle, boasts stunning clear water, naturally ornate surroundings, and offers activities such as snorkeling and diving. It also has the tallest diving platforms in the vicinity, one 14 meters and another 16 meters high. You can also simply savour a refreshing swim. Next, you’ll visit the cavernous Grandfather Cheche cenote, before heading to Cenote Las Palmas for more relaxation. You’ll enjoy ziplining across four lanes and a brief bike ride to transit between cenotes (a 10-15 min journey). Not to mention, you’ll have the opportunity to sample local cuisine and fresh beverages, tickling your taste buds.

Cenote, ATV, Ziplining experience - This excursion was absolutely amazing. We went to three different cenotes, the first there were BASE jumps of multiple levels available which was so fun, the second cenote- which we were able to reach via ATV at an additional cost, was gorgeous and had a small zip line which we could jump off of and into the water!!! Amazing so fun, the third cenote, which we rode our atvs to (a mini excursion in of itself), was an underwater cave which was breathtaking in its entirety. After that we rode our ATVS again back to the original meeting point but the experience was not over. Afterwards we went on a small zip lining tour through the jungle. It was the best. At the end we received an included authentic Mexican/ Mayan lunch so delicious. No need to worry about taking pictures on your phone as they have talented photographers / videographers who will capture every moment perfectly and you can purchase the pictures afterwards - completely worth it. All of these experiences were included in our package and it was a steal. The guides were knowledgeable, firnedly, comforting, and encouraging. This tour was one of the best moments of my time in Cancún 100% worth every penny and more :)

Had a wonderful time - Our adventure at Cenote Zapote was nothing short of exhilarating. This tour offered a unique blend of natural beauty, cultural immersion, and adrenaline-pumping activities that made for an unforgettable day. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by our enthusiastic tour guide, who set the tone for an exciting exploration of the Mayan cenotes.

Wonderful Cenote Trip! - This was the highlight of our cancun vacation. Definitely recommend! The tour guides were wonderful and very entertaining. The cenotes were absolutely beautiful and we had so much fun. If you’re looking for a cenote excursion, book a trip to Cenote Zapote. They also provided transportation to/from our cancun hotel. 10/10 recommend! It was a fabulous experience.

Great way to explore nature - Our guide was Jessi. She was very friendly and informative about the cenotes and about the area. We did the 3 cenotes and 4 zip lines as well. This was definitely a fun trip that didn’t take all day and wasn’t very expensive either. I would recommend people to check out this place. All of the staff was very friendly and we had a fresh authentic lunch afterwords.

Fantastic experience! - We went with my 70 year old dad (he’s very fit for that age) and had a fantastic time at the cenotes. The high jump, the aquatic zip line, the caverns, all of the cenotes were fabulous! Our guide, Randy, was kind and knowledgeable. And the lunch was well worth the additional cost. It was honestly the best lunch we had on our trip, beating out our resort by a mile. We would 100% recommend going here!

Full family fun - The experience was incredible. Each of the 3 cenotes offer a different thrill. Diving from a height, zip line dive and cave swimming. We also saw folks doing scuba in the depth of the first cenote to see Devils Bells. Recommend bringing snorkel mask for the first 2 swims (a nice to have as they offer in the 3rd one). The team is very attentive and kind. Zip lines and 4x4 drive total bonus. Kids/teens and adults all had a blast. Facilities are clean and lunch was delicious - local food very well seasoned. Our guide Francisco was very kind.

Best Tour in Cancun! - I’ve been coming to Cancun yearly for 10 years now and this by far is my favorite excursion! We were picked up by Jessie, our driver and tour guide. The van was owned by the Cenote Zapote company. It was very clean, new and comfortable. Jessie was very personal, she was easy to talk to, and understand. Her English was very good. There were a few of us that needed special accommodation for walking. We were shuttled around by a large golf cart. The paths are all flat, light gravel and easy to walk or they provide bicycles or you can rent a 2 person ATV.
We visited 3 amazing Cenotes. Each more beautiful than the last. Two are exposed to the jungle and one is inside a large, roomy cavern. You can swim in each Cenote, one even has a zip line! Such fun! In the cavern Cenote we were given masks to swim with and view the crystal clear underwater world.
After our tour we were treated to a local tequila tasting and a Mayan lunch. Both were delicious! There are plenty of restrooms on site, lockers and places to change clothes. I highly recommend this amazing tour with Cenote Zapote.

Amazing Experience!!! - Such a fun day! The cenotes were beautiful, and there was plenty of activities to do, from places to jump to a zip line. Our guide was so helpful (we didn’t get their name sadly) but they made the day so easy for us. The food provided was delicious too. Amenities were clean and modern, and the taxi driver provided waited for us the whole time. The day is so flexible, you can spend hours there or move on quickly if you wanted a shorter day. Would recommend to anyone visiting to book!

This is the cenote / zip line adventure trip you want - My wife and I went on this trip Aug 7th. I can’t say enough good things about the trip. You visit 3 cenotes with a zip line in between. The first ceynots you can jump into the ceynote from above if you want. They have spots at 5, 10, and 30-35 feet if you want to jump. My wife and I jumped from the tallest and it was a thrill.
After the first cenote, they take you on a zip line that has 4 runs. It was fun (hung upside down), but the runs aren’t that long.
The second cenote you can zip line into the water. That was awesome. High enough to get a thrill, but not so high it’s scary. Most people in our group did it. I would say ages 11 and up.
The last cenote was a cavern which was pretty cool. No thrills, but you get a mask and the water is crystal clear. They have some floodlights to brighten things up a bit, but still lots of shadows.
They have an option to rent an ATV and go on a jungle ride. My wife and I did that and it was worth the extra cost to us.
Only negative is that our driver wasn’t there when it was time to leave. We had to wait about 45 minutes in the hot parking lot so that was a disappointing way to end the trip.
