Excellent Tour, lots of colorful stories & so informative - The tour guide and crew were excellent, they are considerate, very professional & took very good care of everyone. The views are amazing, more than we expected to see. There was so much, as a group we took over 250 pictures. The food was very good. I would highly recommend this tour.

An excellent all-day excursion - Uli and Hugo were great guides through the amazing sights of Chichen Itza and the cenote. It's a long day but well-paced, with both guided portions and time to explore individually. Would book with Uli and Hugo again!

Great tour with Uli and Hugo. - Uli and Huga were pretty awesome. Uli was very knowledgeable about the Mayan City, Chichen Itza and the Cenote. We heard many of the others and they didn't sound as though they enjoyed it as much as he did. Great tour! Must swim in the cold Cenote! Beautiful people and beautiful places.

Really need to go at least once in the life. - Nice place ! professional tour guide! I learned a lot of Maya civilization and history from the tour guide today. I like their schedule and places we went, they gave us chances to shopping without any pushups.

Don't eat at the buffet, bring your own food. - We had read cases where people were never picked up, so we were concerned and made sure to arrive early at one of their designated pickup locations. Fortunately, they picked us up relatively on time. The tour personnel were somewhat professional. Paul had a thick Spanish accent, making it difficult to understand many of his explanations, but the other guide, Morga (I believe?), spoke fluent English and was much easier to follow. Before arriving at Chichén Itzá, they attempted to charge us in advance for the entrance fee, claiming it would help us skip the line. However, from my short time in Mexico, I’ve learned that people here try to charge you for unnecessary things, so we refused and decided to pay at the official entrance ourselves. Turns out, there was no line at all—we got in before the others and ended up saving $80 per person. However, before reaching Chichen Itza, the tour staff announced our names on the bus, publicly pointing out that we were the only ones who hadn’t prepaid and would need to purchase our own tickets at the site. This felt unnecessary and unprofessional, as if they were trying to embarrass us in front of the group. As for Chichén Itzá itself, it was absolutely magnificent. The female guide was knowledgeable and provided great insights into its history and symbolism—she really knew her stuff! Afterward, we were taken to a buffet where the sanitary standards were abysmal. Both of us got sick on the way back, experiencing severe vomiting and diarrhea. Thankfully, the bus had a small restroom, which was a lifesaver. The tequila tasting portion of the tour felt like an unnecessary addition, dragging out the experience without much value. Overall, it's worth the price if you bring your own food and be direct to the tour guides.
