Chichen Itza Wonder of the World in Mexico - An excellent experience and excellent service from Javier and David, I highly recommend the tour, and follow the recommendations to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated 😊, You know a lot of history about the origins and traditions of the Maya.

AN EXCELLENT TOUR - Very good attention from Fabian and the whole team left on time from 8:00am First we arrived to a small town called Valladolid literal 15 minutes and ready later, we passed with the Mayan shamans, and then the cenote there we could swim a while and eat from the buffet! And finally we reach the pyramids of Chichen Itza
An all-day tour, completely worth it

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - We hired the excursion in Playa Del Carmen to Cenote, Valladolid, and Chichén Itzá. Bus 911, I don't remember the guide's name.
Starting with the guide who was completely useless, he gave incoherent information, he did not explain things in a way that had an introduction, but rather he was releasing information without an order in order to understand the place; Furthermore, he mixed languages that the explanation was already incomprehensible, because he didn't know English either, and he invented words.
In Valladolid we only got off the bus and saw the church, and back on the bus, leaving no time to walk around.
They should inform the agency in advance which cenote they are visiting, because there are better ones, so they can choose.
It should be noted that they left a pregnant girl and her partner there, they only waited 20 minutes without trying to locate them;
It was horrible, I wish I had hired someone else.
Not recommended.
