Lovely Chichen Itza with no extra entry fees! - Very organized staff from the start... Pickup was on time and the schedule flowed great. Israel has a nice sense of humor, it kept us animated. The cenotes were beautiful, and the stops were well spaced. We recommend this tour. It doesn't have extra entry fees like other do.

Chichen Itza plus two cenote, way to go!!! - This tour option is excellent! Two cenotes in one trip, lunch, drinks and Chichen Itza, wow! Guides were the best... Our guide on board, a real expert, we learned a lot. In Chichen Itza, we loved the explanation of the site, the free time and the key points for photos. The visit to the cenotes and organization makes this experience the best!

Felt like an "Ancient Aliens" episode at Chichen Itza! - This tour was epic! We heard about this awesome archaeology package with two tours and had to jump on it. We're huge "Ancient Aliens" fans, so exploring these places was like stepping into one of our favorite episodes! Chichen Itza + Cenotes Suytun and Ikkil? Best combo ever! Seriously, you have to check them out! Only thing: We wish we had more time in the cenotes. But honestly, everything else it 100% worth it. Solid 5 stars!

Fun and long day trip - Great tour! Ximena and the team at Travelballoon responded to our questions very quickly, and the communication about pickup times was clear and timely. The views at the sites were amazing and we took lots of pictures. It's convenient to go with the tour so you don't have to worry about driving or lining up for tickets. We got some interesting history from our tour guide Ave on the bus. The tour guide at Chichen Itza was also very knowledgeable and informative; out of the 1.5 hours there about half was with the guide, and half was free time to roam and explore. It might not be enough time to see beyond the main buildings, but for us first timers we found it pretty decent. Anything longer would probably have caused us to overheat. It was nice that cold water, soda drinks and beer were included with the tour, and our guides offered these drinks after each stop. Be prepared for a long day, though. There were a few shopping stops and sales pitches but all purchases are optional. Overall a very fun excursion!

Great Chichen Itza experience! 10-star review deserved! - We finally met Chichen Itza! On our way to the places, the bus AC and waiter made our day. Hugo, our tour guide, persuaded us to dive at Cenote Suytun. It was really fun. Know about each building inside the site was amazing. We opted for veggies at the restaurant, and they were available in organic. Ximena was super attentive. I forgot the charger of my phone, she fixed it all, so I received in my hotel's lobby. I'd give 10-star review if I could! Thanks for everything.

The real-deal when visiting Chichen Itza! - What a day! This tour had everything: Chichen Itza, two beautiful cenotes, delicious food and drinks! Yeah, it's a long trip but trust me, it's totally worth it. Every stop was great and the whole thing was super well organized. Huge thanks to Ximena, Carlos and Santiago. They really went above and beyond to make it special. Would 100% do it again!

A Pink Wonderland!!! - This tour was like stepping into a dream! Seeing hundreds of pink flamingos in a pink lagoon felt like nature's masterpiece. Las Coloradas was just as surreal, whitt it vibrant waters and our guide "Jose" explained the science behind it. The experience of what you see when sailing on the lake is like no other! To top it off, we enjoyed a fresh seafood feast. A perfect mix of nature, culture and stunning scenery. Absolutely unforgettable!

Value for money not good - The tour guide spoke very poor English, while the trip would be in both Spanish and English. Also, not all Spanish was translated into English so we missed a lot of information. In addition, the cenotes were beautiful, but very touristy and besides that you had little time. So quickly take pictures and keep going. We were very sorry about this. The guide at chitzen itza, on the other hand, was great.
