Alejandro Mezeta, thank you for everything! - We took two excursions from Bahía Príncipe; one to Ek Balam and another to Coba. Our guide on both excursions was Alejandro Mezeta, to whom I want to give special credit, for serving us with such kindness and explaining his story to us with so much love and dedication. Thanks Mezeta! Thanks also to the guides who explained to us there in Spanish and of course, to the bus drivers who always took us with great caution. They were two beautiful excursions and thanks to you we were able to enjoy them even more! We have yet to repeat this trip, since we have left many things to see, but of course we will try to use the same guides, who made us feel like family. Thank you!

The best guide Alejandro Mezeta Chichen Itzá - The tour of Chicen Itzá was very complete and beautiful, all day long, departing from Bahía Príncipe Tulum. But honestly the excursion was worth it thanks to the guide Alejandro Mezeta, a true ambassador of his country, super friendly and with great cultural preparation to explain everything we needed to know about the Mayan culture. Without forgetting the collaborators Paulo, who received us in Chicen Itzá and explained everything in detail about the area. Also highlight the driver Iván, who looked after us until he returned us to the hotel, I hope to find them on another excursion, professionals of 10. Highly recommended, the excursion is worth every euro it costs.

Nice day, but drop the tourist trap Valladolid - Long day trip accompanied by Alejandro Mezeta and a driver who used to be an F1 driver, because the bus had a lot of pace. The start-up may be a bit slow, but a funny guide with a lot of knowledge. At Chichen Itza we had another guide, Paolo, and he could tell us a good story about the history of the city. However, we only got 2 hours there and we still had 25 minutes left after the tour to walk, take photos and possibly do some shopping and we discovered that we had not even been everywhere except the large grounds. Swimming and eating in the cenote was fine. Not to busy. Be careful of steep, deep stairs, which are wet/slippery in parts. Valladolid was honestly a tourist trap. You become dropped off in front of some shops and you get almost an hour for that. Far too pushy and way overpriced. 1000 pesos suddenly becomes 80/90 dollars. Isn't about anything. Nice church, but the square is not much. Mention is made of the colorful facades of buildings, but due to the many tourist buses, little of this is visible. More time for the Mayan city and get this out of it.

Bad experience - January 2024 We did the excursion to ChichenItza with coming2, from the same group as soltour. A certain PEDRO sold us the excursion at Bahía Príncipe Gran Coba. He didn't charge 80 euros for a 4 year old child. When we arrived in Chichenitza we had to go to the ticket office to enter and they gave us a 0-cost ticket. Children 4 years old ENTER FREE. In the Chukum cenote where they took us, children 4 years old were FREE. I brought the food because my son is multi-allergic. There he consumed a bottle of mineral water that I had to pay for separately. Then I walk through Valladolid. FREE for anyone. And to make matters worse, when I arrived at the hotel I looked on the website to pretend that I was hiring the excursion and children under 4 years old DO NOT PAY!!!!!! Don't even think about contracting with them.
