Very pleasant Trips, perfect - It was a perfect Trips, although I couldn't speak the language, but I could feel the goodwill. The trip wasn't catchy at all, it was easy. Water and drinks are constantly served and the lunch buffet is good. Excellent value for money! Luxury bus, good air conditioning. Anyway, very satisfied 👑

Excellent tour, recommended. - Excellent service from the tour company, the 5 star guide “Don Jorge”, the top truck, everything exactly as described. A single recommendation about tour, are many places in the same day and time is very reduced in some of them, but the guides did their best to make my family enjoy it to the fullest.

Unique experience - The place is incredible, the culture and history of a Mayan city. The heat is intense, I suggest light clothing with sleeves, a hat and sunscreen.

A very good day out at Chchen Itza and cenotes, with some exceptions. - We booked this tour to ONLY see the sights of Chichen Itza, two famous cenotes, and Valladolid (if time permitted). All sights seen were fantastic. A must. Daniel, Jenny and Bart were very good and helpful with explanations of Mayan history, logistics and supplies of the day, and safe and timely bus driving, respectively. Thank you. I am an independent traveller who does not take tours (first time), and this tour experience confirmed why I DO NOT take group tours. There needs to be a faster way to pick up customers - it took too long. I don't have an answer - that is the travel company's job. We did not appreciate the time wasted at the shops before lunch with the 'continuously-advertised opportunity' to purchase over-priced Mayan birthdate calendars, coffee/chocolate products or welcoming ritual objects (US$115, really!). We bought no items. The lunch was somewhat satisfactory (not enough food and not enough time to eat), and for the restaurant to charge customers for drinking water is unacceptable and unreasonable. To charge for juices or alcohol is reasonable - but for drinking water? Seriously! Time at the lunch restaurant was wasteful - a bag of sandwiches/chicken would have been better. The time available at Chichen Itza was appropriate. However, at both Seytun and Ik Kil cenotes, after changing into swim clothes, showering, getting the mandatory lifejacket, walking to and into the cenotes, and having only 5-7 minutes in the water is not enough - better logistics are required, by both tour operator and cenote operator. At Valladolid, we only had twenty minutes to explore. Recommendations: Maybe an earlier start time and later finish time? Communicate with other tour companies for logistics? Cenote operators ensure 'precious princesses', both solo or on tour, reduce their photographing time for their modelling shots? The USD we paid was reasonable considering the travel time to and from Chichen Itza and cenotes, the sites' admission costs and the tour staff time.

Disappointing - The sign in for the tour was at a souvenir store in the hotel zone. We waited for at least 30 minutes after sign in was completed before we were loaded onto the bus. This was obviously done to push sales at the store and ate into our tour time. Chichén Itzá was so amazing but instead of having 2 hours there, which is definitely needed, we only had about 1 1/4 hours. This was due to the fact that the tour stopped at a large souvenir shop before lunch and spent a ridiculous amount of time there and at a chocolate factory. you could see that most people were not interested in buying anything and it was just a waste of time that then limited our time at the sites we paid to see. The last stop of the tour was in the town of Valladolid. We were supposed to have 30 minutes there but were told we had 20 minutes, which included unloading and loading the bus. It was just enough time to go into the square, buy a snack for the trip home and return to the bus. The guides were very nice and they provided drinks throughout the tour as well as a boxed breakfast and a buffet lunch. If they just cut out the times at the souvenir stores the trip would have a much better experience.

Chichen itza - Pretty nice outing, nice guides. We had asked for a dish without pork once there, it had almost everything with pork. The description is misleading because the city has not visited it.😡
