Great day - worth the effort - It’s a long day but well worth the effort. The tour operator offers good VFM although please expect upsells esp at the Mayan village. Chicken Itza and swimming in the Cenote were a real highlight for the family. Would recommend

Great experience! - Chichen Itza is an incredible journey into the heart of ancient Mayan civilization, with the Pyramid of Kukulcán being a true marvel. The site is rich in history and stunning architecture, making it an unforgettable experience. A special shout-out to Julio, our bus guide, who was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also passionate about sharing the history of the ruins. His insights made the visit even more memorable. Just a heads-up, the heat can be intense, so definitely bring a portable fan to stay comfortable while exploring. Highly recommend visiting with a guide like Julio!

Great tour with a goodvalue for the money - We had a great day and got more out of the experience than expected. Tour organisers kept us very well informed before trip via whatsup. The tour team Jorge, Efrain and Mario were also very attentive and made sure everyone knew what was happening and run the tour like professionals. We got a lot of knowledge on our way to different places we visited with a good amount of humour.

Amazing and Fulfilling Day! - My boyfriend and I had a great time- it was a long and tiring day but so worth it! The price almost seems too good to be true, but we got to do a lot of great things! The Suytun cenote was beautiful and the water was nice. I do wish that we had a little more than just 1 hour to spend at it though. The buffet lunch was in a small Mayan town that also had a fun store and coffee/chocolate store. The food was really good and it was fun to learn more about their culture. Chichen Itza was incredible to see! We were able to spend a little time with a tour guide to learn some of the history before getting free time to explore and take photos. We did forget to bring sunscreen that day, but it wasn't too bad. I'd recommend at least wearing a lightweight long sleeve shirt. They also said on the bus to have bug spray- which we also didn't have- but again, wasn't a big issue for us. Our main tour guide was Hector, unfortunately I do not remember the names of his collegeue and our driver, but they were all very friendly nonetheless. Hector gave us a lot of fun facts and history during the bus rides that helped the time pass, and always referred to us as family. He was even considerate when waking us up over the speakers. One of the only minor things that I didn't like was how late we got back to our hotel. I was expecting to be back around 7pm (give or take some time for the other drop offs) as advertised for a 12hour experience, but we didn't get back until around 10pm. The rest of the pickup/dropoff experience was smooth though. Overall, this was a great experience and I definitely recommend :)

Amazing - Must Do! - Amazing all around. Tour was well organized. Pickup was seamless and company kept you informed. During the tour the guide provided informative insights on the region and culture. I highly recommend buying this package because you're getting multiple tours in one. The included food was delicious, Chichen Itza is majestic, and swimming in the cento is spiritual and a must.

As above - After a confusing start due to a miss communication we had a very good day. Our hosts Jorse and Christopher were extremely attantive iwithout beening pushy. The visit to the cenote was our first but won't be our last.. Well organized clean changing facilities and only our group there. Chichen Itza was hot and busy but we were well informed to avoid market traders and it extremely interesting with the right amount of information and free time. Good value for money and would use this company again.

Generally a good tour and some negative points - The tour is generally good and the tour leader gave us some useful information about the locations and culture of the Mayans and tried to make an enjoyable day for us. The buffet food was good. The local people (Mayans) are nice and welcoming. However, there were some hidden costs. For example the booking fee seemed good, but there was a mandatory fee for Chichen Itza that we had to pay in Chichen Itza. This fee was in fact $571 MAX (about $30 USD per person) in Chichen Itza for the foreigners, but the tour was not honest to us and forced us to pay $820 MAX (about $43 USD meaning $13 USD more per person) in Cancun before they let us get on the bus.
