Good but poorly organized - THE PLACE IS INCREDIBLE, without words. But the excursion has a lot of time wasted, you don't spend more than 10/15 minutes on the beaches and snorkelling spots, and then many hours without doing anything in the center of Cozumel. I would have loved to spend much more time snorkeling, enjoying nature and the beaches, that's what you go for, right? It didn't seem to be well organized to me.
The guides are very attentive and friendly.
