Turtles and cenotes - Great time snorkeling with my 4 and 5 year old daughter and son. Two guides brought us out on the water with full snorkel gear. The kids were towed along in a rescue donut by a trained scuba guide. So the whole experience was very safe and reassuring even with small children swimming along. The cenote swim was very refreshing and the kids love that just as much. Maybe more. The whole experience was wonderful and last ed a good portion of the day.

Look past first impression - We booked through TripAdvisor and there were confusion about transportation and our ride was called last minute over 20 minutes late. When we arrived at Kay Club, it is a half under construction future beach club that looked totally sus. A visit to the bathroom and I was ready to turn around. But I am glad we didn’t. The place is no fuss at the moment and definitely does not give you the warm and fuzzy upon entrance l. But it runs a nice tour to visit the reef and Rubin our guide was very informative and helpful. We made 2 stops both were jshort rides and were in the water 40+ minutes each. There were no one else in the area except us and the other 2 guests. The reef is pretty and has a lot to see. There are certainly bleached section but also some vibrant sections. It is in my opinion a much better snorkeling experience than Isla Mujeres where you are fighting boatloads of people without a lot to see. There are not a lot of Puerto Morelos snorkeling trips and while this one is new, we liked the locations we snorkeled and we like that they offer transportation option compared to another company we looked at.

Love love love! Everyone’s friendly and the whole experience was amazing. - I loved the whole experience. Moses, our snorkel leader/coach, Barracuda, our driver, and Oliver, our photographer, took us snorkeling. We went to three different spots. The first one was an area with a ton of reefs and a lot of different fish that would surround you and swim with you. Next location was an are filled with sea turtles. We ended up seeing three different turtles and one was huge, almost as big as me, it was such a great experience to educate yourself more about marine life. They knew what they were talking about and what they were doing and kept us entertained during our boat ride to the areas. Definitely will come back to their company when I return to Cancún.

Great people, Great Experience - We loved our experience Robert was a great guide and had awesome jokes about snorkeling and the overall exposure, he also had great tips on travel do’s and dont’s while in the area. We will definitely come back to experience the snorkeling again. The parasailing was so awesome the guy who helped us had a lot of energy and awesome chicken feet socks.

FALSE INFORMATION/ BECAREFUL - Be Very Leary about what they say VS what they do, especially when it comes to refunding your money.

Worst part of our trip to Riviera Maya - I would not recommend this tour. They didn't talk to us just during the tour. 15 people in a very small boat in silence. There was no class or briefing as we were told. They didn't explain anything about the reef or the fish we could see. We are a family that speaks English and Spanish perfectly so it was not because of the language. We're trying to interact. We sailed 5 minutes (50 meters from the beach - you could swim). We went into the water, followed the captain, saw some fish, but nothing otherworldly. It did not correspond at all with the photos on the website. We got on the boat again, went somewhere else 5 minutes away. We threw ourselves in water (all quiet). We saw absolutely nothing, not even fish. We had been assured of swimming with turtles but it seems that this does not usually happen. We got on the boat and went back to the building. The faces of the other tourists said the same thing. They didn't even offer us water. Almost 400€ for a family of 5 (including 100€ reef tax). Worst part of our trip to Riviera Maya.
