An action packed, memorable day! - Overall it was a good trip. We were picked up 20mins late at 7:45am. Bus picked up all guests and first stop around 11:45am was at a Mayan Village (Kaua) followed by lunch. Lunch had lots of vegetarian options which was nice. After this we headed to Chichen Itza and spent about 2 hrs there. We were given 15mins tour by guide, rest we were asked to explore ourselves. It was fun looking around but very very hot there. After that we headed to Oxman Cenote where we stopped for an hour. After that we went to Valladoid and spent 30 mins there. By 530 we were on our way back. We reached our hotel around 8pm. Take lots of water with you. It would have been nicer if the tour company gave atleast 1 or 2 complimentary water bottles. The guide was knowledgeable but it was hard to follow as he was switching constantly between Spanish and English. Maybe first do the Spanish part and then switch to English. Overall nothing was exceptionally delayed and we reached back after 12 hrs as promised.

Wonderful - Wonderful experience, it is a tour that must be done while in Cancun, I consider that everything is excellent from the organization of the pick-up at the hotel to when they leave you back; It is an experience that takes all day, so you must be prepared. I would like to acknowledge the guide Dani, who with his recommendations and his knowledge makes the trip more pleasant. I recommend it 100%, it is a complete experience.

Recommended 100% - This tour is 100% recommended, they were very punctual and the places they took us were beautiful and well organized. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the Mayan buffet was in the cenote! In short, a 10 since the guide Dani was super nice and explained a lot of super interesting things about the Mayan culture!

Recommended - Great, I recommend this tour. The guide Dani and the driver Angel, were very kind and gave all the instructions to carry out the tour correctly. I consider that the distribution of the tour times was appropriate, considering that the travel time from Cancun to Chichén Itzá is important (2 hours 30 min app). Note that it is very hot in Chiché Itzá and the visit time of that attraction is ok. Same case happened with Valladolid and the Cenote. Appropriate times to be able to have lunch and visit both attractions without much haste. I understand that each of these attractions is possible to do in a longer time, but for an initial visit it is more than fine.

Great trip, amazing guide! - Great trip, our tour guide Mario was just fantastic. He gave us a lot of interesting information, he was very responsive to our group, very friendly. At Chizen Itza he was 1000 times more interesting because of his information. Despite the fact that the cenote was somewhat cold, it was a unique experience. I will remember this trip fondly!

Never ending bus ride... - Before booking you might want to know the following facts, especially if you leave from Cancún. First, you might sit in the bus for about 9 hours. It took us five hours to get to Valladolid (first stop) and about 4 hours to get back to our starting point. The reason is that the excursion goes through Playa del Carmen to fill the bus. In sum we were picked up at 6.40 (instead of 6.10), then we left Playa del Carmen not earlier than 9.30 to cruise to Chichen Itza. Arrival in Valladolid at 11.00. We got back to Cancún past 11pm. Second, this excursion was supposed to be bilingual (Spanish/English). If you are an English speaker and interested in Mayan culture, think twice before booking because explanations in the bus were 90% Spanish and 10% English. A big thanks to Hector who organized a small English speaking group to explain Chichen Itza at the site. In my view, like many other such tours, it packs far too many things in a day that does not make it more enjoyable. I guess that it gives the impression that we get value for our money. For instance Valladolid has limited interest. Plus by packing as many tourists as possible in the bus, the experience becomes less enjoyable when you have tondrive 10 hours in a bus for a destination that should take half the time. Overall we had a nice day (Chichen Itza and the cenotes are impressive). I would however be remiss not to stress that the tour was smooth and well organized once we reached each of the destinations. It was however a far too long drive. For this reason but also for the lack of English explanations, I would not recommend this excursion.

Pretty pretty bad service - The tour operator never showed up to pick us up and charged my card $180. Viator service is extremely bad as no one would pick up the phone call. I would NOT recommend booking thru Viator.

Disappointed - They said they arrived at the hotel but the front desk man said they never showed up and everyone that shows up to pick up travelers always leave a slip but they never even came inside the hotel. Very disappointed and when I ask them to come back and pick us up they wouldn’t either. Don’t waste your money and just book from your hotel to save yourself from inconvenience.
