Marina Xtabay is located on the Puerto Juarez Highway past the All Ritmo Cancun hotel. Formerly known as Marina Las Jaibas. You can arrive on your own or book transportation with us. Catamarans depart at 10:00 am, however, you must check in from 9:30 am.

A UNIQUE AND WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE - THE ISLAND BEING A NATURE RESERVE HAS PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS AND YOU HAVE TO KEEP IN MIND THAT THE TRANSFER TAKES 2 HOURS AND MANY PEOPLE GET DIZZY, DO NOT EAT HEAVY BREAKFAST.

Excellent experience! - In addition to incredible places, the professionalism and quality of work of the Cancún Sailing team is notable, all of them, and especially Jesús and Marco. Very attentive to the needs of the crew, careful with the measures and guidelines to take care of nature and be able to continue enjoying this incredible experience! Super Organized & Professional Tour - Highly professional and organized crew. Took care of us from beginning till end, including comfortable transportation to and from our hotel. Isla Mujeres is your first stop before the snorkelling, which was a bit too short but it’s not a big deal. Isla Contoy is the star of the experience; beautiful island with preserved flora and fauna and the best beaches/waters I’ve been to. Lunch was yummy and filling and unlimited drinks available on the boat rides. Highly recommended!

Beautiful views great staff - The highlight of our trip to Isla Mujeres was being on the boat. Staff were fun and helpful. We stopped to snorkel and they do a great job making sure you are safe and have fun. The views along the way and phitos were awesome. Only issue was that our trip was meant to be from 10-5 from what our hotel told us when we purchased it. That is not the time you are on the boat or the island. 10am is pick up from the hotel. In reality we didnt get to the Island until 12:30 and then we only were given 3 hours to be there before getting back on the boat to leave. So just be aware that your island experience will be fairly brief.

Well day spent - Weather was not the best but the crew did a great job and made the best of the day!! Would highly recommend this trip. The Island is beautiful.

Not as expected - Catamaran ride was exceptional, with good drinks and service. Beach on the island was fantastic. Golf cart rentals are overpriced along with the food and drinks also being expensive. Street vendors are very pushy and persistent. Bring a lot of cash to enjoy yourself or plan on sitting on the beach the whole trip.

LOST IN REFUND HELL - Excursion cancelled due to weather. Which is understandable, Prepaid in April in FULL. Getting the REFUND is a terrible experience. Little to no response in Messenger, Whats App., or Email. Four request made. Still waiting!!!!!

Very poor communication causing us to miss trip! - Mini- bus scheduled to collect us at 7:50 am at hotel. We were sitting outside lobby at exact point where mini buses arrive! All mini buses are white and drivers get out and call out names! Our name was never called out but received a call from tour guide who booked trip to say that mini bus had arrived but we weren’t there! We know for sure that our name wasn’t called out! Surely the driver could have gone up to the people waiting to check names? Extremely disappointed as so looking forward to this trip and lost £200!
