High Recommend - We had an absolutely perfect day on the Deluxe Catamaran to Isla Mujeres with an open national bar in Cancún! The 8-hour trip was filled with stunning views, delicious food, and endless drinks. The crew was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. One of the highlights was a relaxing massage on the beach, which added an extra touch of luxury to our day. The experience was topped off by a visit to Kotaro for amazing ramen, complete with a speakeasy attached. This trip was truly unforgettable and well worth every moment. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have an exceptional day at sea! follow for more: dr_vincentmiller

Catamaran and family trip - The very nice catamaran. Accessible prices. Thanks to this agency because we always feel accompanied. On the tour a Pro photographer took pictures of me to my family, it is a beautiful memory.

good vacations - I really liked the attention, the food, the clarity with which they explain. Good buses and good prices. I suggest you bring a camera because the photos are a bit expensive.

The best experience! - It was amazing, the service wonderful. They respected the prices which was the best. If I’m looking for anything, it’s seriousness and Postcard met all my expectations. Loved it!

Fun - It was definetly well worth the time ,snorkeling was so much fun and having a few drinks the only thing is before purchase you should mention the 800 pesos in docking fees .

Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish - I rarely write reviews, but this catamaran tour was such a letdown that I had to share. My husband and I were really looking forward to a fun day, but it went wrong from the start. The van that picked us up was dirty, and the guides didn’t speak any English, so we felt lost the whole time. The snorkeling was rushed—we barely had any time in the water. The guides were also really rude, which just made everything worse. And the food? Honestly, it was terrible. What really bothered me was that they charged us an extra fee when we got there, claiming it was a tax, but we later found out that wasn’t true. Plus, no one answered when I tried to call them afterward. I don’t recommend this tour at all. We were so disappointed.

Crowded, misrepresented, and gross. - Where so I start. First, our transport driver was 45 minutes late - but he was hilarious so he gets a pass. The tour company was a completely different name than we booked - no name on the van, completely different marina than listed on the tour, and a totally different company name at the marina. Second, the actual tour was a disaster - we snorkeled for maybe 20 minutes, and I couldn’t actually snorkel because the water was so packed. That’s not an exaggeration - we were ass-to-ass, no room to swim. I got my mask in the water for maybe 5 minutes total. Third, we had 30 minutes for lunch at the “beach club,” which was a questionable buffet on a dirty beach. Honestly, the food was fine, but the atmosphere was gross. Then, there was isla Mujeres - only 1.5 hours on a jam-packed beach, no amenities, no beach chairs. Nothing. Finally, the actual boat: the amount of alcohol served was absolutely insane, even for me. One lady must have m been served the equivalent of 20 drinks, and she passed out on the way back to the marina before throwing up over the side of the boat. Honestly this was a terrible experience, and I wish we had just stayed at our resort.

Scammers run run run - It was horrible. The seller scammed me. At first, they wrote that the docking fee was $20. Then, a couple of hours before the trip, they changed it to $45. The minute I saw it, they sent me a message to say $45. I wrote them with no response. It wasn’t until 10 minutes before boarding the seller responded back. Even the employees was confused as to why we were charge $45 while others get charge $20. I spoke to multiple people who even gave me their receipts they were charged $20 not $45 per person. Be aware of the scammers. And at the docking station there was a big sign that says docking fee $20. And that includes the reef protection fee as well. And the food was horrible. And barely no free time you get 2 hours at the first place to eat and swim. And at the island less than 1 hour.
