- Marina Las Perlas - Begin your experience at Marina Las Perlas. Depending on the option you select, you will have to arrive here on your own, or you will be picked up at your hotel. Once at the marina, the personnel on-site will proceed with the check-in and the collection of the dock fee.
- Caribbean Sea - Begin your experience boarding a catamaran and sailing the Mexican waters of the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy the comfort of this vessel and be amazed by the gorgeous views as you cruise along the surface of these crystalline waters. While onboard, feel the heat of the sun on your skin and the sea breeze as you enjoy the Caribbean animated ambiance on the catamaran.
- Arrecife El Meco - After a pleasant journey along the sea, stop at a reef in these waters and jump into the water to do some snorkeling. First, you will receive the respective instructions on how to use the equipment. Once the explication is over, dive for about 30 minutes through the crystal-clear waters while admiring the beautiful marine landscape.
- The reef at which clients will do the snorkeling activity may vary depending on the day.
- Club Playa Mexico - After the snorkeling experience, board the catamaran again until finally reaching the main destination: Isla Mujeres. Once here, head to a Beach Club, where you will be able to relax and continue having drinks from an open bar. In addition, depending on the option you select, you will be able to enjoy a buffet lunch.

- Isla Mujeres - After spending some time at the Beach Club, you will be given some free time to explore the center of Isla Mujeres at your own pace to do whatever you prefer: have a walk across its streets, or go shopping in one of the island’s many designer boutiques and souvenir shops!
- Cancun - To end this special experience, embark again on the catamaran, and admire for the last time the breathtaking views of Isla Mujeres as you approach Cancun. Relax and take in the most beautiful sea views, enjoy your stay at a Beach Club, and take advantage of the free time offered to explore the main streets of Isla Mujeres!

If you opt for it, unwind on the beach with an all-you-can-eat buffet lunch and an open bar, or spend your free time on Isla Mujeres, relaxing at Playa Norte, hailed as one of the top ten beaches in the world.
- Minimum age to drink alcohol is 18 years.
- The dock tax must be paid upon arrival at the dock.
- For the safety, the snorkel activity may be cancelled due to bad weather.
- To participate in the snorkel you must be at least 8 years old and be in good physical condition. Pregnant women cannot participate in the snorkeling activity.
- “All Inclusive” and “Premium Full Experience” options include transportation.
- The “Premium Full Experience” does not include the buffet lunch nor access to a Beach Club. Clients go directly to the center of Isla Mujeres.

Fun, beautiful beach, great service! - So fun!! Clean boat, great service plenty of time to go out and explore although more time would of been nice but wonderful and fun trip!!

Wonderful Experience - 10/10 experience… the tour , the crew everyone was so attentive and informative will definitely recommend!! From the catamaran journey to our time spent on Isla Mujeres … everything was well organized and so much fun !!
This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Mexico !

Everything was perfect.... - Everything was perfect. Staff was amazing and the destinations were perfect with the perfect amount of time at each stop. I am visiting from the united states and any time I visit a country I like to try a catamaran and this was one of my favorites.

Fabulous day in catamaran - Thanks to Amigo Tours for organizing this day by catamaran to Isla Mujeres.
The activity is very well organized, and both the prior information and the experience on board was perfect.
We were lucky to be able to snorkel on the reef, as time allowed. The crew was at all times helping and guiding the tourists.
Superb onboard service, and all the time they are offering drinks of all kinds to visitors.
The return at sunset, with Cancun backdrop, and a small party on board in which there was no shortage of tequila, good music and dances; it was simply unforgettable. We disembark with great sorrow and eager for more!
Thank you Amigo Tours for a day of 10.

Would highly recommend!! - Perfect amount of time to snorkel without getting super exhausted! And just the right amount of time on the island for shopping and the beach! Lunch on the opposite of the island was a great location to relax and eat.

Good service - The destination seemed like a wonderful place to me. Like the restaurant that welcomed us.
The catamaran service was good, unfortunately due to the inclement weather it was not possible to enjoy it 100%

Just get the ferry and go to Isla Mujeres only 15 min - Catamaran experience was good, with aquaworld, snorkeling was terrible super rushed a lot of groups in the water, guides screaming trying to keep his people together,looks like a horror movie with piranhas on the loose, we had 2h free time and we enjoyed our time in Punta Norte beach wich was amazing, but instead of arranged food in the most beautiful beach in isla mujeres Punta Norte Beach and just stay there, the lunch was at this beach club which the beach had a lot of brown algae or seawed and was impossible to swim only a little space to be, ankle deep the water.. with clear sand.. and everyone was there. I even got an allergy reaction for those plants. It was super uncomfortable.
The crowd in the aquamaran was very cheerful and nice.

Find a better company to book with - I booked my tour for the last day I would be in playa del Carmen . I booked for 4 adults my teenagers, my boyfriend ,and I . They told me they would not pick me up at my lobby that I would have to walk all the way down to outside of security to my resort okay fine but when the driver picks us up he says under my name he only has a party of two people not 4 and one of us is going to have to ride 45 mins to Cancun on a metal stool or I could stay and get a refund .. when we got to the boat dock aqua world the boat company had my information correct 4 adults so idk who messed up they could of corrected the mistake but on our way back to the hotel the guy said we had to sit how we were in the morning I was so pissed because I paid for transportation!!! They refused a refund ! our driver felt so bad he said amigo tours does this all the time and he has to deal with it . Drinks on the boat are gross .. snorkeling is like 15 mins max ..the food at the beach club plain no flavor ..

Where’s our refund - We were promised transportation from our hotel and back home. No one ever arrived to pick us up or bring us home
And 2 we weren’t able to go snorkeling because of age restrictions. No where did it say that nor did anyone tell us soo we paid for 2 things that weren’t included.. snorkeling & transportation

Don’t book - Terrible. Not fun. The tour guide was rude, not really too nice. Other people was complaining of this as well, he was rushing the people during snorkeling. The island is not worth it. Crowed is ever. Entirely toooo much going on to even have a good time. All that traveling/boat time to only be on the beach for 3 hours with ended up working out anyways because i was so over it. Hated it.
