- Club Playa Mexico - After the snorkeling experience, board the catamaran again until finally reaching the main destination: Isla Mujeres. - Minimum age to drink alcohol is 18 years.
- The dock tax must be paid upon arrival at the dock.
- For the safety, the snorkel activity may be cancelled due to bad weather.
- To participate in the snorkel you must be at least 8 years old and be in good physical condition. Pregnant women cannot participate in the snorkeling activity.
- “All Inclusive” and “Premium Full Experience” options include transportation.
- The “Premium Full Experience” does not include the buffet lunch nor access to a Beach Club. Clients go directly to the center of Isla Mujeres.

Wauw - Amazing experience with my wife and her family! The service from arrival at the quality check-in, and in the catamaran all super well, the host Jesus very friendly and helpful.

Fun, beautiful beach, great service! - So fun!! Clean boat, great service plenty of time to go out and explore although more time would of been nice but wonderful and fun trip!!

Book with someone else - Told it was a tour of 50 people max. There was at least 80-90. Picked up at hotel on time that was good, journey was air conditioned and pleasant. Got to the check in, it was a wooden shack filled with hundreds of people in slow moving queues with no aircon. Woman from the tour came up to me to tell me 'oh you should pay 60 usd to upgrade to the boat with only 25 people yours is busy busy 80 people on it" I didn't do this and contacted the tour operator annoyed I had been miss sold but they have done nothing about it. Spent over an hour in this 'shack' in unbearable heat told constantly oh 10 minutes 10 minutes until boarding. Finally got on and there weren't enough inside seats for people so many of us were out on the deck in roasting heat which we just had to run with. Staff were lovely, can't fault them. Places we docked also lovely. But I don't recommend booking with this operator they are falsely advertising the tour.

Just get the ferry and go to Isla Mujeres only 15 min - Catamaran experience was good, with aquaworld, snorkeling was terrible super rushed a lot of groups in the water, guides screaming trying to keep his people together,looks like a horror movie with piranhas on the loose, we had 2h free time and we enjoyed our time in Punta Norte beach wich was amazing, but instead of arranged food in the most beautiful beach in isla mujeres Punta Norte Beach and just stay there, the lunch was at this beach club which the beach had a lot of brown algae or seawed and was impossible to swim only a little space to be, ankle deep the water.. with clear sand.. and everyone was there. I even got an allergy reaction for those plants. It was super uncomfortable.
The crowd in the aquamaran was very cheerful and nice.

Find a better company to book with - I booked my tour for the last day I would be in playa del Carmen . I booked for 4 adults my teenagers, my boyfriend ,and I . They told me they would not pick me up at my lobby that I would have to walk all the way down to outside of security to my resort okay fine but when the driver picks us up he says under my name he only has a party of two people not 4 and one of us is going to have to ride 45 mins to Cancun on a metal stool or I could stay and get a refund .. when we got to the boat dock aqua world the boat company had my information correct 4 adults so idk who messed up they could of corrected the mistake but on our way back to the hotel the guy said we had to sit how we were in the morning I was so pissed because I paid for transportation!!! They refused a refund ! our driver felt so bad he said amigo tours does this all the time and he has to deal with it . Drinks on the boat are gross .. snorkeling is like 15 mins max ..the food at the beach club plain no flavor ..

Where’s our refund - We were promised transportation from our hotel and back home. No one ever arrived to pick us up or bring us home
And 2 we weren’t able to go snorkeling because of age restrictions. No where did it say that nor did anyone tell us soo we paid for 2 things that weren’t included.. snorkeling & transportation

Don't hire a tour, you better go on your own - Nice destination but the organization is very messy, there is no clarity with the name of the catamaran to address as they constantly change it, which generates a lot of confusion when you get off this to perform the activities of the catamaran.
Tour. We were given a meeting point probably because our hotel was not luxury, since after getting in the van, we passed outside our hotel to pick up other passengers than if they were in a more luxurious hotel. At the time of snorkeling, there are so many people from different catamarans that it becomes very confusing to locate yours, besides the Guide is not entirely forthcoming nor does it wait for anyone even a minute. I was nervous when I was told that where I was boarding after the snorkeling activity was not my ship, I could not find my partner and I was nervous asking to be let off, this resulted in once I located my partner, the ship driver told me that he would address only my partner because I was hysterical (I stress that I did not make any scandal, I was just nervous and wanted to get off thinking that I had to go to another catamaran) at that moment we were told that this was our catamaran and that it could not be the one we named because that one was not sailing yet. At least there was a bar open and I could have a few drinks to have a hard time, but I consider the tour not worth the price paid.
Finally when we were boarding the van to go from Cancun to Playa del Carmen (where we were staying) we almost left without people who had only stopped at the bathroom (after getting off the catamaran) and if not because the mother of them was on board who pointed out that her daughters were missing (because the driver was already leaving) they are left there lying (who did not even take long to arrive). Go to another agency or on your own.

Unfortunate experience - Accidentally booked while I was checking for the best rating of tours to Isla Marnie’s…did not receive any information from them so I was not aware that it was booked until I saw the changes on my card and called to inquire… I explained and attempt to cancel because I had booked the same tour with someone else… they refused to refund me so I ended up getting charge for the trip and couldn’t even attend… mistakes happens we are human… I guess I expected a bit more from their customer service and management team… at least the option for credit to do the tour in the future after all it was a booking for 5.

Disappointed. - If i can give them 0 stars and still write a review i would. I had a medical emergency wasn’t able to get to my flight and they were very inconsiderate on a refund. I understand they have policies but it’s not something i planned.

Don’t book - Terrible. Not fun. The tour guide was rude, not really too nice. Other people was complaining of this as well, he was rushing the people during snorkeling. The island is not worth it. Crowed is ever. Entirely toooo much going on to even have a good time. All that traveling/boat time to only be on the beach for 3 hours with ended up working out anyways because i was so over it. Hated it.
