- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- For safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted to participate in the tour and only children over 8 years old can snorkel
- If you had a surgery recently or suffer from any condition that limits you physically (for example, back problems), please mention it to our reservations department before making your purchase
- Remember to arrive at least 45 minutes before the departure time
- Please note that snorkeling may not be allowed by the authorities due to bad weather.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- To care for and preserve the safety of our visitors, the snorkeling activity on the reef for older adults (over 60 years) is restricted

Amazing tour! You will love it!! - Soo much fun!!! Highly recommend! If you’re looking for a fun day activity with drinks and time on the ocean do this tour! You will not regret it. The staff is so great and humorous, they remind you that you’re on vacation and make you feel comfortable to let loose. If you don’t want to snorkel it’s okay, I did a small photo shoot on the boat and I love my pictures. Definitely plan to come back!

Great excursion! - Great excursion! Beautiful views! Fun crew! Photographer on board to take lots of family pics. A little too much pressure to buy them all. But overall good experience

Fun day, but snorkeling was not good. - We had a great time, however, the snorkeling was not good. There was very little to see plus they dropped us off in an area where there were probably about 10 boats of other snorkelers and there was a strong current and a lot of waves. It was not an ideal snorkeling situation. The drinks were flowing for sure! The buffet was not the best….hot dogs, undercooked chicken, rice, beans, salad, fruit and a few other items. At they place that we stopped at for lunch, we were given an hour and a half, but after eating, there was not much to do. Again, we made the best of it and had a wonderful time but there is definitely room for improvement with this tour.

do not let them take foto for you, they will sell printed foto without asking you. - I really want to give 5 starts but sorry I cant
The catamaran - smooth, the tour guide at begainning was very fun, then he took a lot foto of us, at end of trip without asking if we want those foto and printed them out, sell those foto to us, as 3 fotos 25 USD dollor!!!!!! WTF, why not ask us first ? straight brought the printed foto and sellng to us!!!! raelly, I HATE THIS! I would have given some tips at the end of trip, but no I cannot, I need to respect myself!!!! because selling foto without asking us, and I have to buy those printed foto, sorry, the fee that buying expensive foto are unappriatable

Great views, not as great vibes - The trip was beautiful. It was fun and the snorkeling was cool. The transportation was a little confusing but it ended up working out.
At the end of the excursion the workers were hassling for pictures and hassling for tips. I mean really pushing. We didn’t enjoy the pictures and weren’t interested. They made the entire group uncomfortable because they were not happy with the tip, even though it wasn’t my group that didn’t tip well. The captain took his hat and was asking other members “that’s it?”, “thats my service was to you?” It just made everything unpleasant and uncomfortable. He ended up not helping us all off the boat after.

Not what we thought - I wouldn’t recommend this experience, the snorkelling was poor, I got lost in another group and then chastised by the guide for not keeping with our group when everyone is snorkelling in the same patch of water with 5 other groups , he then took us to jewellery/gift shop for a wristband and heavy sales pitch whereby they changed how they sold their items from dollars to pesos and completely got us confused, being taken to jewellery stores after dropping off anywhere even by taxi, I can only assume they are on commission. The beach is small and you can only go in the water up to 20m in, it’s crowded and they charge 350 pesos for a lounger for 1 hour! Then you are accosted by beach sellers the whole time.

Save money! Get a better Boat company! V. Poor service on this boat - Save your money and time! The Catamaran as a boat is nice but the crew is hopeless! They serve you washed up drinks throughout, no fizz, very watery. Icing on the cake, they stop at the most cheap, filthy mexican restaurant you can find at Playa norte! Btw, whole hype of Playa Norte was pointless since all we could see was the bad restro, no one got to see the beach or hang out at the so called playa norte beach since they stopped at this secluded restaurant with whom they may have some internal setting/arrangement.
Overall, it was exhausting since service was poor and the guide and entire crew seemed just focused on getting Tips or money through photographs. Never again!
