A great time - The team were lovely and looked after us. I was quite nervous getting in the water but they made me feel safe and had a great time, would recommend!

Good Times! - The ride there started out rocky, so we got extra wet lol. Definitely should’ve sat in the back of the boat. After we reached our destination it was great. We got to taste some different tequilas and bought some souvenirs. Ate at the buffet and enjoyed the open bar on the island. Our host were amazing! We got some great pictures as well. I highly recommend this tour(just make sure to sit in the back if the water is choppy or you will get soaked).

Best tour in Cancun - Great tour for couples and families. Nice and friendly staff. Beautiful views. They kept the drinks flowing without even having to ask. Pickup was on time from my hotel. Snorkeling was fun for my whole family. Thanks everyone. Bring cash and tip then well.

Too expensive for what it is - Too expensive for what it was, we had 1 hour to eat and be on island women which doesn't make sense because there were no showers to get to the beach and we had to divide the time in eating and the beach, there was a hotel next to the restaurant that had hogged the whole place, on the other hand it doesn't seem at all that if you pay by card the 800MXP add to one the 6% charged by the bank, that at no time in the advertising indicates what is ILLEGAL because that is a commission charged by the bank for having the dataphone, it should be mentioned that the tribulation was very good and they fell well, so I give them a 3

Beautiful island but the tour guides messed up - I ended up on the wrong boat, and I kept telling staff back before we got on the boat, then on the boat, and then on Isla Mujeres. I had to go with the wrong group on the snorkelling element of the trip, but they sorted it in time for the lunch and the journey back. Bit of a shame because it was a lovely day, but it would have been better had they listened to me when we were initially boarding the boats.

Waiting on a Refund - For starters our driver was 30 minutes late to pick us up for the excursion and we had to wait outside in the heat. When I messaged the tour operator they didn’t respond and when I called, the phone was disconnected. Not only that, but when the driver came, he didn’t apologize for being late. He also stopped to record videos and even pulled over to the side of the road to get on his phone. Next, once we got to the boat, they let us know that we couldn’t snorkel AFTER the boat was already sailing off. This was a huge inconvenience because snorkeling was a major reason we booked. We also had to pay a fee for the reservation of the coral reefs, yet we didn’t get to see any reefs or be near any. I feel as if they waited to take our money first and sail off so that we couldn’t try to cancel and get our money back. Another thing I noticed is that the music was not diverse at all. They have a lot of tourism going on so it was weird how they only played one genre the entire time. No one even wanted to dance or sing. Then, when we docked to eat we were told to be ready by 1:20pm. We had just docked at 12:20pm. Between docking late and having to walk to the lunch place we only had about 30-45 min to eat and use the bathroom. When my group walked back to the boat we were told that it’s actually 1:40pm and to find something to do smh. Also, when we went shopping one of the workers said they would charge my friend $35; however, they charged her 700 pesos which is actually closer to $42. When she tried to tell them, they ignored her and still took her money. Lastly, on the way back our guide told us that our transportation was waiting for us. It was not. We got there and there was no one waiting. The guide then told us that it was actually a 5 minute wait. 5 minutes turned into 10, and then 20, and then an hour. Again, there was no apology for this. One of the families sharing the van had a baby who was obviously upset and hot and tired of waiting. Overall, if I could give this experience 0 stars I would. I hope that the customer service team takes note of my comments and kindly decide to issue a refund. I'm not happy at all and don't feel comfortable booking on trip advisor or viator if they just let any company have a booking page.

Dishonest Tour Agency! STAY AWAY - STAY AWAY FROM TOUR! We called to ask if we can reschedule, sent them photo of our car being booted. they Said okay they said no problem & we’re happy to accommodate us - keep in mind they did not mention anything else but see you tomorrow. Maybe 2 hours later( after tour started ) I get a text from them saying well since were r/s for tomorrow we will need to pay additional fees.. he said $20 per person.. for family of 5! Though he kept trying to reduce price, we just we’re not comfortable with how dishonest they were from the beginning. Had they us about a r/s fee, perhaps we wouldve called a taxi to take us. No policy on their page about r/s fee at all. But he insist that’s their policy. Communication is poor - called trip advisor for help, they said local tour company is not answering phone. waste of money, will be disputing with bank as we did not get to go on tour due to greedy tour agency, making up fees just so they can pocket it.

Stay away!! - Horrible horrible experience. Absolutely terrible service. My friends and I booked for a Catamaran tour months in advance. We were told the night before that we would be picked up by 9:20am. We were ready and waiting in the lobby. Our hotel mentioned that sometimes the tour directors can come 15-20mins late, so we waited and waited. At 9:57am, I called the operator and was asking when the driver was going to arrive and the individual on the line said that the driver who was to pick us up had an accident and that they were looking for another option. Im very sad for the individual that had an accident and I empathize, BUT the fact that no one called us to inform us on what happened and that the company was looking for another option was my problem. If not for the fact that we called the operator, we wouldn’t have known that an accident occurred and that the company was looking for another option. The operator said that he will call other taxis companies and see if they can find another taxi company to take us to the harbor. I waited for 15mins and didn’t get any call, so I called back and was told “I’m sorry but we couldn’t find any taxi for you guys, so we will be giving you a refund.” My issue with all of this is the lack of communication. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have called us before hand to tell us what was going on. We waited for so long and even got our hotel to put us in a taxi, but they still said that we wouldn’t make it on time. Just ruined the last day of our trip. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! Stay AWAY!

Horrible - Do not book this!! We waited and waited almost 2 hours for our ride to the Catamaran and the driver was a no show. After one hour of waiting we called and they told us the driver had an accident and they were going to send a cab, long story short they never called us back we had to call them to check on the cab and were informed it’s too late, the ship would be taking off soon. The annoying thing is they never called us and didn’t try to resolve the issue. Horrible customer service. Do NOT BOOK!!!
