I loved this tour, everything was very fun and there was a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it. - Amazing experience from start to finish! The catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres was absolutely perfect. Sailing through the Caribbean Sea with music, great vibes, and a super friendly crew made the whole day feel like a party. We went snorkeling at a reef with crystal clear water and tons of colorful fish, then had free time on Isla Mujeres to explore and relax on the beach. The open bar and lunch were a great bonus everything was really well organized. If you're looking for a fun day in paradise, this tour is a must. I’d definitely do it again

Party boat - Great time on catamaran to Isle Mujeres. Drinks kept flowing. Spinner was awesome. First time saw this experience. My kid’s & husband tried it and had a blast. Plenty of food and included drinks for lunch. Beautiful beach. Water was crystal clear and no sea grass. Guide took us to get massages right on the beach. After we got back on boat and started sailing, we took a quick stop to get back in the water. Best trip and will definitely do it again

An okay trip but know all the details first! - The experience was okay. Our children were with us and we wanted a new experience for them. Our expectations of the trip were not what we experienced. After paying $50 per person for additional dock fees (be prepared to pay the 3% fee to use a credit card) we left on a small catamaran. We traveled for a little bit before snorkeling in a pretty congested area with several other boats for only about 30 minutes. The next hour was spent traveling to the island. We ate at an outdoor restaurant buffet (it was okay) and was given time to explore. We then traveled to another portion of the island via boat to shop. This part was a shock to us. As we left Isla Mujeres, we stopped anchor on an area where the water was clear and fairly shallow. We were given about 30 minutes to swim around and play. Almost back to shore, we stopped and gave people the chance to "parasail" on a much lower scale. The trip was not awful but most of the day was spent docked for free time or shopping. Our favorite part was the snorkeling which was the shortest part of the excursion. For approximately $100 per person, we were super disappointed that we didn't get to spend more than about 30 mins to snorkel.

scam - be careful what you buy. they might put you to pay an extra fee, 800mxn. I bought a ticket online and after that I suppose to pay extra fee at the check it. I will not recommend this! I payd about 90$

This is not it. - It’s difficult leaving this because the crew was so kind. But the excursion was borderline bad. First, be prepared to pay $50 per person on additional fees. Bring cash or they’ll charge you a service fee. Second, you’ll be waiting. They literally have one operator to take everyone’s payments. Next, the catamaran is small. They pack too many people on it and there’s almost zero shade so bring sunscreen and a hat. It’s slippery and unsafe to walk as we watched a woman fall. The snorkeling event was the absolute worst. Everyone is on top of each other because they won’t allow you to spread out so people are kicked in the head etc. there was also nothing to see where they took us so we basically just wasted time. The drinks were flowing but, it’s Mexico so no surprise there. We watched a woman hurt herself on the boat because it’s just so slick and unsafe. The music is VERY loud, so be prepared that it’s more for a party crowd. The places they took us were trashy. Dirty beaches, congested, just all around bad. The only good part was on the way back to Cancun, they allowed us TEN MINUTES to swing and jump in the ocean and enjoy the water. 2/10 would never recommend. Also, ordered pics and paid and never received them.

Not the best experience - The registration was very disorganized took so long!! We ended up leaving two hours after the time of departure, time at the Islas mujeres very rush, one hour was not enough!!

Never again - I have been on several catamaran trips. This by far was the worse one. From check in to docking there were several issues along the way. The staff was not attentive and the “open bar” was almost non existent. I would never book through this particular company again.
