- Please note that snorkeling may not be allowed by the authorities due to bad weather.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- To care for and preserve the safety of our visitors, the snorkeling activity on the reef for older adults (over 60 years) is restricted

Highly recommend - The crew was awesome. The boat was just perfect for the size of our group. The only feedback I would share was there wasn’t enough shopping time downtown. I would do this excursion again 100%! Highly recommend.

Must Go! - This was so much fun! I enjoyed it, the water was a little too rough to snorkel. We were able to visit another island where we got souvenirs. The food was decent too!

Catamaran Trip of a Lifetime - Our catamaran/snorkeling cruise to The Isla of Mujeres was absolutely amazing. From the Captain to the Crew. We have never seen such blue water. So many different fish, sea turtles and a couple dolphins.

Left to be desired, overrated. - The trip to Isla Mujeres is beautiful on the boat, the rest is quite overrated. The most beautiful beach it has (Punta Norte) is really beautiful but it was full of people and they charge you to breathe. Rental of 2 beds with umbrella 15 usd an hour. For electric cars they need a driver's license and leave approx 35usd an hour. I would not do this tour again, it was good to know the place and already.

Too many people on a small boat - Great trip the service was alright but the boat was too small for the number of passengers. Overall I would recommend spending more to get an adequate experience.

Catamarn trip - They don't give u a snorkel and the Catamaran is not even close to the one in the picture, the rest area in the buffet is old the guys are nice but not as advertised

Not worth the price - While Joel was amazing, I would NOT recommend this experience. The boat was tiny, dirty, and the restroom was extremely makeshift. The place we went for lunch was horrible, and the whole time the drinks tasted like juice. The staff was great but besides that I would say avoid.

A total scam. The tour he island women - The whole thing is really bad. The place where they make you eat is dirty, the food is so bad. The pool lack of cleaning, the beach club beach has water served. Women's Island is a poor place, poor care, the toilets they make go to are a total low. The tour service they sell you in Playacar is a scam. Take a ferry and walk x your bill.

don’t book if your expecting party vibes - Charged $30 for transport but was only picked up from a block away of the destination. Open bar was not many options, have never seen the open bar so scarce. The music played was only Mexican which is okay for a bit but never gave variety. The restaurant we stopped at was gross, food had a bunch of flies on it. Bathroom was disgusting and small, could barely squat over the toilet without hitting my head on the door. The snorkeling and the last stop at the beach for 45 mins was the only okay thing out of the entire excursion.
