Boat ride to crowded beach and bars - Love the boat ride. We are older and did not snorkel. The water was wild. Folks had fun. Buffet was good. Isla is a bit like Disneyland. But for drinking and being in crowded spaces. Personally I recommend you skip it.

It was an amazing day. ... - It was an amazing day. We went to the reef first and saw a turtle. Then, it was on to the first stop in Isla Mujeres for lunch. Lunch was a very good selection of Mexican favorites. After lunch, you go to another part of the island where you have a couple of hours. We ended up renting a golf cart and go to the Mayan Ruins. Absolutely breathtaking. The only negative is the vendors in Isla are extremely persistent and overwhelming. I was so glad to get in the golf cart and away from the harassment. The gentlemen that worked on the boat made sure we had a great time going home. We also got home pictures for $50 on the boat. The guy that posed us is a magician- we looked really good.

Beautiful sunset- - Nice boat- friendly crew, the only problem we had was that there were so many boats leaving the island from the same place at the same time, that we somehow missed our group even though we were right there on the beach waiting, and our boat left immediately. We were put on another boat for our return though, and everything was fine.

A Day on the Caribbean Sea - All I can say was this was an excellent trip. I purchased the Privilege VIP package which allowed for lots of drinks on the way back, a small snorkeling adventure and a much smaller boat with about a total of 15 passengers. We started our day, got checked in and set sail. About 25 minutes in, we prepped for snorkeling. The water was amazing. It was a little choppy but was still amazing. We got to Isla Mujeres and had lunch. We had a total of 90 minutes to eat and enjoy the beach in a select area. After the 90 minutes, we had approx 3 hours to explore the island. We were told that a specific store would give us a discount and they did. However, it was a little overwhelming with all the shops trying to seduce you in to buy something. That being said, it was warm outside and absolutely beautiful on the island. Our main guy on the boat was Noah from Cancun Sails. He and his crew took wonderful care of us and made sure on the way back to Cancun that our glasses were never empty. It was a great day.

Near Perfect Day - This was a great day trip. The crew is fantastic and the catamaran is very comfortable. I gave it a 4 for several reasons. 1) the snorkeling portion is just too crowded in the water - way too many other tour groups in the water. I also think there could be better communication about how to spend time on Isla Mujeres. It’s a small town. There could be more beach time spelled out instead of cruising 200 meters to the next dock.

Fun for partiers, not for families or people looking to chill - I booked this thinking it would be a chill catamaran trip to the beautiful Isla mujeres for our family with little kids. It was a booze cruise and a bit of a tourist trap and we didn’t see any of the beauty of the island that we had heard about. -the music was blasting on the boat the whole time, it was fun but be aware, not everyone seemed to be loving it -the company seems to operate 15+ boats so when you check in it is a zoo with people trying to sell you stuff, a long line and poor communication about what’s going on -all 15 of those boats go to the same snorkeling area and drop their passengers group by group to follow the current the half mile or so where you will be picked up. It’s in open water that’s 15 feet deep and several people who weren’t in good shape had to be picked up and brought back to their boats. You were told you could only do if 9-60 years old and a vet strong swimmer. -I think I saw around 500 people in the water -we went through the inlet to a random restaurant called the ice bar where we had 40 minutes to eat a buffet, to get there, you had to walk past various shops trying to sell you things -we then sailed back up towards the tourist zone/downtown of the island and docked with lots of other boats and were told to follow our guide to get a bracelet -it was across the Main Street and in a random tourist shop where lots of people were waiting trying to sell us stuff - what the bracelet was for I have no idea, there was no free food or alcohol or chairs to sit in or anything and you had about two hours before you had to get back on the boat -the boat ride back a few people were passed out on the trampoline at the front while other passengers danced and had tequila poured into their mouths -there were only around 5-6 kids on the boat

Kulkulkan mixup - I booked a catamaran cruise and I was sent to the wrong marina. I have a family of 5, including a pregnant daughter and we were not treated well by the booking agent, Marisol. I called the morning before our cruise, just to verify everything and she still misled us to the WRONG location. I was so disappointed and upset. She was very thorough to inform me that my 6 months pregnant daughter couldn’t snorkel but neglected to tell us the correct marina. Unacceptable. I will never book with your company again. Very unprofessional.
