Great experience on Dos/ Isla island discovery tour - We booked our excursion through our resort, Royalton Riveria Cancún for August 18th. We chose Island Discovery as we wanted more free time on Isla Mujeres and also wanted to be back to our resort early to have pool time and dinner. This excursion worked out perfectly! We boarded Dos catamaran and ended up being their only passengers that day by surprise to us! I’m thinking time of year and most book the longer tour with the included beach club once on the island. Either way, we lucked out as we were told it was rare. The captain and crew were all friendly, knowledgeable and attentive ! I can’t remember our guide’s name, but she was very nice and personable and even walked up out to make sure our transport driver was there for us at the end of the trip. The catamaran was top notch and very nice. It ended up being a very relaxing excursion and a highlight to our vacation! It was a beautiful day, gorgeous water and we enjoyed Playa Norte beach greatly! I would definitely recommend this company and this excursion!

Snorkeling makes it worth it - Great time snorkeling, the reef was amazing and our tour guide Luiza(maybe spelled wrong) was fantastic. Took her time to explain things and kept us all together as we explored the reef. The Island adventure was just ok, I think I was expecting more of small town with lots of little artistic shops, and it’s very just touristy with tee shirt after tee shirt shop. But the beaches were gorgeous and the view from the park on the far side of the island just amazing

Best Boat DOS ride ever! - Captain JC, tour guide Aida, and the mariners were top quality, extraordinary, and the best at what they do! They were attentive, kind, patient, and the best EVER! I will come back and request to have them and only them again! They were so knowledgeable and full of experience! Hats off to this one of a kind team! My family and I love them! Thank you boat DOS! You guys are worth every penny I spent on this trip! 👍💯% THE BEST!

Paradise - Excellent ride on the DOS boat, always attentive and helpful staff! Beautiful beaches, would come back!! I recommend it!

Amazing! - I loved the people working on the boat, they served us all day and made sure we never went without a drink in our yards. Had the best time will definitely be back!

Great day!!! - Big Chill boat was amazing!! The tour of the village, food, and beach, massage was awesome . Drinks were good!!

GREAT Day visiting the island. - This was an amazing excursion. Luis...was a great host. Big Chill is the best. If you take the Booze Cruise I would definitely recommend Big Chill.

Fun In The Sun - Staff was awesome!!! The snorkeling was great. For an additional cost, we were able to tour the entire island via golf carts.

Not good - The other tour was Albartros, I honestly didn't like it. The salesman, Freddie, all though a nice guy had not made us aware that yes snorkeling was included, however you can end up excluded because you have a medical condition such as asthma and the weather causing the current to be tougher. I would have like to be made aware. So I basically wasted money, to go to another island to sit on a beach, which I already enjoyed Cancuns Bay Resort beach for. In the brief they try to upscale sun lotion, for ours can be harmful to the fishes. However, the guy came around to collect drinks, finished or unfinished. Picked my unfinished drink, throw it in the water and said, "it's for the fishes now"... well that's contradictory ! They didn't even give quad biking around the island as a alternative replacement. They gave the swimmers a ultimatum. If you get off the boat to snorkel you can't get back on. That's not reassuring and lacked care. Maybe they see it as a "push". That can cause people to panic quicker. Photographer, nice guy yet, they don't ask if you want photos or not, so he wasted his ink and was disappointed when you said no. But that's your own choice! Not to be mean, but everyone has freewill to choose. "Plus" all drinks and food. No some drinks at the buffet lunch not all. The lady was harsh as I wasn't aware they dishes out the buffet, so when i went to get something for myself she harshly said no. Took it and dished it out for me. Could of been abit more polite. Only they softly smiled when my review wasn't the best.
