Fun Time - My daughter and her boyfriend had a great time jetskiing. The jetskis were fast and the staff was friendly. They now charge extra for two people on one jetski, so I purchased two.

Brilliant time, great service - I booked via GetYourGuide and went to jungle adventure, the weather was windy, but they still went ahead, no unwanted surprises, and a very pleasurable experience and friendly staff, remember a docking fee has to be paid $20usd per boat, and no phones aloud, would definitely return

amazing Jet skiing - It was super fun and we didn’t have to wait long. The staff was super friendly at Aqua World. I definitely recommend and will book this again.

Awesome Jetski Experience - Great experience with friendly crew. I wish the ride was longer considering I availed of their Catamaran package too. They need to have a bundle for their rides.

Super fun experience , beautiful views, highly recommended - this was my first time riding a jet ski they explained the instructions well and made sure a trainer was with me the first few minutes after i got a hang of it, they let me drive on my own, and i certainly pushed to the machine to its limits what an adernalin rush, this was so much fun to make it even better, they took professional photos and video, which came out really nice

Great experience - Great experience. Staff were very helpful and I’m thankful for their guidance to make a safe ride on the jets ski. Although their check in process is redundant and wasted a lot of time waiting. Photo souvenir prices were acceptable for my opinion.

RUDE EMPLOYEES - I was excited for this experience but it was poor and I wouldn’t recommend anyone book this. You pay $80 to jet ski in a square box marked with flags. So it’s a very small area that you can jet ski, which is no fun. You would have better look booking jet skis at the ocean. You are not supposed to go outside of the flags and I did. There is always an employee on a jet ski while you’re out. The employee on the jet ski came up to me and in a rude tone, repeatedly said “you keep going outside of the flags, stay inside, stay inside!!”. I understand him coming to tell me I’m outside of the area I can jet skii in but the way he communicated this information was disrespectful. It’s mot about what you say but how you say it. If you don’t know how to speak to paying customers, then find a new job. At the end of the day, I am a paying customer, and employees need to speak to me with respect regardless of what’s being communicated. DEFINITELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS EXPERINCE. BOOK FOR THE OCEAN FOR BETTER VALUE!!

Terrible experience - If you want to waste your money having a terrible experience, go ahead and rent one of their jet skis. My wife and I rented one of his jet skis. Before we paid, they treated us well and explained the whole activity. The first red flag was when they showed us the jets ski they had available, all of them were in bad conditions, but we accepted it anyway and convinced the guy to give us the one that looked less damaged. Once in the water, we followed another guy who gave us a quick tour through the permitted limits to sail on the lake (established by four buoys). Then, we started sailing in the permitted area, and a few minutes later, the same guy stopped us, telling us to turn off the jet ski in a very moody way. He yelled that we had crossed the limit established to sail, and the next time he caught us doing so, he would suspend the activity and send us back to land. We were surprised mainly by the tone he used to speak to us and also because we were into the limits they said; however, we asked him to explain us again because we could have missed something in the explanation, and his response was very rude; he said: "I've already explained that to you and I've warned that the next time I will suspend the activity," and he accelerated his ski leaving us like that.." From that moment, the activity was ruined for us because we didn't know where exactly to sail, we were confused with the information, and nobody took the time to explain us properly and also we were upset by the way this guy talked to us, his attitude was so disrespectful like he was doing us in favor instead of providing a service.. About ten minutes before our renting time was over, the ski started to make one noise, like a "beep" sound, and a message appeared on the panel warning to check the engine. We stopped and waited for someone to help us, and the same guy who treated us badly told us that this was normal behavior, that while the ski runs, everything it's ok... He left again... When we returned to the marine, we told the staff all the situation and how disappointed we were with their service; they didn't do anything about it or even offer an apology. The staff just listened and said they understood but couldn't do anything. As simple as that. My recommendation is to rent with another tour agency, there are a lot in Cancun with better customer service and the same price, and don't choose the lake to run the ski. It's way better to do it on the beach.
