Please follow these recommendations upon arriving at Cancun Airport to locate our representative, who will warmly welcome you and guide you to the operator for transportation to your hotel or destination.
We suggest printing and bringing these recommendations with you:
• After landing in Cancun, proceed through immigration and customs. Once through, collect your luggage and head to the main exit of the airport building.
• At the main exit, you will see a panoramic glass door.
• Beyond this door, you will find numerous representatives from transport companies and travel agencies holding signs with passenger names and company logos.
• One of these representatives will be waiting for you, easily identifiable by a GO CANCÚN sign and your name displayed on a virtual tablet.
Important Notice: Before exiting the airport building, you may be approached by a timeshare agent offering assistance in contacting us. Please do not be misled and continue outside. Upon exiting, the number of representatives with signs may seem overwhelming. Stay calm; your representative will wait for you as long as necessary. If you cannot locate your representative, please call us at the numbers provided below. Do not let other carrier representatives assist you or inform you that your representative has left. Unofficial and unsafe carriers may try to sell you a transfer to your hotel.
All our drivers and representatives wear a uniform consisting of a phosphorescent green shirt and black pants, both featuring our company logo. Each representative carries an official ID issued by Cancun Airport, displaying their name and our company name.
