A Great time - Love them forgot to do my review but I get them any time I hit Cancun…. They was great w me and I was solo

The Experience everyone should have! - Hey guys, this was my partners and I’s first ever trip to Cancún. Not really knowing what was the best option to choose to get to our destination. We went into this blindly and not knowing what to expect. Let me just say… WOW! Using the scheduling process on the web was pretty easy and straight forward. We scheduled to be picked up at the Cancun airport in the app and take us to our destination. Before I could get off the plane I already had a message from our travel host, Carlos. He had messaged me letting me know he was standing by and ready. Once we were out of the airport Carlos was right there. He verified we were who we said we were and off we went and our ride! We were met by our driver ( can’t remember his name ) however, if you can picture in your mind what it’s like to be waited on hand and foot, and met by every need we had. This only scratched the surface. Our driver was patiently waiting with an ice cold bottle of water, hand sanitizer, and a chilled hand towel for the both of us. (This is in the middle of summer, it was HOT) Everyone do yourself a favor and book your transport from the airport with these guys. VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY POLITE, VERY RESPONSIVE! Over all I was more than pleased with our service and will be sure to book these guys EVERYTIME!

Great Service - The car was right on time even though our flight landed early, the car was nice and clean and the driver Osvaldo, was a very kind and professional gentleman. We would definitely use them again.

Stop scrolling, just book STP Caribe - Alfredo picked us up from the airport and made the ride incredibly enjoyable. He struck the perfect balance between engaging conversation and allowing us to relax and enjoy the journey. On our return trip, Jose Chan was equally fantastic. He even offered us breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch, though we declined since we’re not breakfast people. Overall, we experienced clean, smooth rides in well-maintained vehicles. The service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service - Celebrating my wife’s milestone birthday, I wanted a luxury feel from beginning to end, so I researched Trip Advisor for the best transportation/tour company & STP Caribe seemed like the best choice, the booking process was simple, & the cost was reasonable. All of those things were important, but more importantly was the service & support. I received multiple emails with instructions on where to meet the driver, validating flight arrival & departure & confirmation of adjustments to my booking. On top of that, there was no wait, the luxury vehicle was comfortable, the driver was pleasant, we were offered beverages & I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice to work with this company. I highly recommend STP Caribe & commend the owner & staff for providing excellent service. Thank you!

Great service and clean ride. - Our driver, David, was exceptional. He arrived to pick us up in Cancun on time and greeted us with cold towels for our face and hands, ice cold water bottles, and the suburban was well maintained and climate controlled. He gave advice on local areas as well as archaeological sites. A must-book.

Excellent service! - Juan was so accommodating. He had cold towels, water and beer. We enjoyed our ride to the hotel. We had to wait about 15mins at the airport but we understand that he’s doing other pick ups and drop offs.

Horrible - Horrible. Took my money and will not return it. I would not recommend this company at all! They will take your money and not return it even if mistakes were made on their end
