Amazing experience - The staff was absolutely amazing! It was just me and my friend, and as women we felt safe and secure with the staff. They were extremely attentive to our needs and very respectful. I would highly recommend to everyone!

Girls Trip - We had the best time on this yacht!! All the crew was amazing! We hired the photographer Daniel and he was the best. He took so many photos in and out of the water.

Rent a Locomotive! For real! - The experience of a lifetime. Yes, you actually drive the locomotive for an hour. A bucket list item for me. Plan ahead as reservations go fast.

Best Bachelorette Party Ever! - I booked my aunt's bachelorette party trip with this company and can't recommend the experience enough! The day I booked, I got a message from Martha, the person who coordinated with me all of my accommodations. She answered any of my questions within 24 hours for months leading up to our trip! We were sent a food/beverage list with prices, and we easily coordinated what we wanted on our 6 hour trip. Prices were reasonable, and if you didn't finish anything, you could take whatever you bought back with you. The company also set up round-trip transportation from our resort which made planning that less stressful. The staff the day of the event were amazing! We had Amir, Luis, and Macaroni. They were energetic, kind, and always made sure our drinks stayed full! They even set up a table for our food outside of the boat, so we didn't have to keep going down into it. The water was the most turquoise we had ever seen, and no waves where they took us to drop anchor. Some of the girls went ashore and shopped, while others stayed back and enjoyed the music! They let us play our own music, and the speaker was beyond suitable for our party. Some girls who get motion sick were worried about us choosing the 6-hour option - but we all agreed it was the perfect amount of time! This was the perfect send off to give my aunt before her big day! 10/10 would do it all over again.

An AMAZING Cancun Experience! - We were a group of 13 people ranging in age from 11 to 73, and from the very beginning this experience was exceptional. Ahead of time, we worked closely with Martha to confirm all details, and she was wonderful to work with, responsive, thorough, and extremely organized. We opted to pre-pay all fees in advance, including dock fees and our selected menu, which made the entire day completely seamless and stress-free. We also booked round-trip transportation directly from our hotel, and this was absolutely worth the expense. Being picked up right in our hotel lobby and dropped off directly at the marina, and then returned the same way, removed any logistical concerns and allowed our entire group to simply relax and enjoy the day. Upon arrival at the boatyard, the staff was well organized and efficient. We quickly received all necessary information and were escorted smoothly onto the yacht. Our crew consisted of three team members. Two did not speak English, but communication was never an issue. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and constantly focused on making sure we were comfortable and having the best possible experience. Drinks were offered continuously throughout the entire six-hour excursion, and the crew was happy to follow our preferences for how we wanted to spend the day. We began with a stop for snorkeling, followed by time closer to shore where they set up the water mat and allowed us to lounge, swim, and relax for a couple of hours. It was the perfect balance of activity and leisure. As the afternoon progressed, we cruised through the water with breathtaking views as the sun began to sink toward the horizon. Just before sunset, we mentioned that we would love to see dolphins. The crew immediately took us to a known dolphin sighting area, and we were incredibly lucky to see dolphins in the wild, an unforgettable highlight of the trip. Midway through the day, we began running low on drinks, and without hesitation one of the crew members actually swam to shore to bring back additional beverages. This level of service was above and beyond anything we expected and truly speaks to how dedicated and hospitable this crew was. The experience would have been completely different without them. The yacht itself was beautifully maintained and truly felt like a full luxury experience from start to finish. Everything about this excursion was thoughtful, well-executed, and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this private yacht experience to anyone visiting Cancun. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and I am so glad we chose to do it.

Really amazing experience... - Really amazing experience they had everything that we requested with the birthday package. The staff took very good care of us.

Give you different boat not the one you paid for - They advertise one boat and then give you completely different one. The boat we paid for (in the listing) is a double deck yacht with a nice upper deck and canopy. We specifically picked a boat with a lot of shadowed seating. They also send you photos of this exact boat over WhatsApp, so no reason to suspect anything beforehand. While when we arrived, the actual boat was a single deck yacht with a small canopy and way less seating. One bench next to the captain and one more behind it. That's it. The boat is very old and in a poor condition: toilet leaks flushed water back to the floor, seating cushion covered with cuts and holes, hand rails are falling off. The front of the boat has a dangerous round whole in the floor, loungers are so dirty and old that they turned grey lol. The crew is nice, although almost no English. When we got back and told management about the wrong boat issue, they confirmed it's their mistake, apologized, but that's it. Definitely not worth $1000 for 4 hr (excluding dock fee and tips). They do have that other double deck yacht listed here - when we came back we noticed it in the dock, so yeah make sure you triple check with them they not gonna swap it last minute.
