Their front desk service can do better. - I choose Mira lounge to relax from the stressful environment of boarding. When I arrived the front desk agent, Norma was counting receipts and disregarded my presence. Customers who pay for this environment should not be treated as an inconvenience. It could be a reason why the lounge next door is more occupied.

Calming,satisfying and met my expectations - The decor was beautiful, the lighting very unique. The atmosphere was very calming, My husband said you would never know there was a noisy airport right outside.
Good selection of food and deserts and drinks.

Very nice lounge to spend... - Very nice lounge to spend our multi-hour wait in. If your hotel has an early checkout and you have a later flight, this is a good place to go rather than fighting for seats/restaurant space in front of the airline gate. The food was great, especially the desserts. The drinks were nice, the Wi-Fi was fast and the seats were comfortable. It's also great to have a reliable place to charge my devices. It made our trip home less stressful.

Prebook - really worth it. - There was a long line up to get in, but we finally figured out we could go check in and we were taken right in. Worked out great.

Cancun airport Lounge - The lounge is worth the money
I think there should be two lines to get in, one for booked reservations and one for no reservations.
We waited 15 minutes to get in when half the people in front of us didnât have reservations and were just putting their names on the list

Not worth it. - Lounge was very crowded and clientele was far from VIP. If you were expecting a high end experience this is not it. Service was good and food was enjoyable.

Not Worth if For Me - I booked and pre-paid for the lounge service because the package details stated you can skip the line with priority entry. That did not happen. We arrived at the lounge a little after 9:00 am on a Friday and upon check-in I was told by the attendant there was a 30-45 minute wait. The pre-paid booking did not allow us to skip the line. We joined the waiting list like everybody else. The lounge does not message guests when space is available. You have to wait by the lounge or check back frequently. I would not have booked this had I known this was how it worked. As others have said, the space is small. Food choices are limited and not worth waiting for. Drink options were good and the bar was open. I suppose it would be a good option if offered as a credit card benefit, but hard to get access with the volume of people at the airport. Safe Travels!

Threatening staff, refusing to let us drink or eat food told us to leave because we were there for 5 hours, we were not - Absolutely disgusting service. We were there for an hour and we told to leave because we had been there for 5 hours. What a. Waste of money

It was very... - It was very disappointing. Packed, uncomfortable, tiny tables, aweful bathroom facilities. Food surprisingly food was good. Not at all worth the cost however. Never will do it again.
