Airport private transfer - This private transfer was reliable, trustworthy, and more reasonably priced than many others. We had a very friendly and helpful driver round-trip between Cancun Airport and the Air BnB where we stayed in the Veleta section of Tulum. Service was excellent

Cancun to Tulum Roundtrip Service - The provider contacted me at my arrival time with instructions that were easy to understand and follow on where to go for meet-up at the Cancun Airport. The drivers were very personable and accommodating. They were timely at pick-up for the return trip and drove with care.

EXCELLENT - Great communication and service!!! I received a WhatsApp reminder before my flight which assured me everything was organized. Once I landed, someone was in constant communication with me until I saw my name on a sign exactly where I was told it would be. The drive was comfortable, and we were offered cold water. The pick up was smooth. The driver apparently arrived 30 mins early to ensure he wasn't late. Excellent experience. Would recommend to everyone.

Cancun Airport Transportation-EXCELLENT1 - Cancun Airport Transportation was Excellent transportation for our trip from Cancun airport & return trip from Tulum Hotel. Waiting for us when we arrived at airport & hotel on trip back. Drivers very profession and van/car immaculate. Very Pleasant & Very impressed!

Poor communication - The vehicle was dirty and small nice driver very kind but the car was dirty and they communication was pretty bad with the vendor had to wait long to be pocked up

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUPPLIER. SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM VIATOR - Highly suggest you remove this supplier from viator. I will never use them again. Terrible communication. We waited over an hour upon arrival because they only had one voucher listed and no one would answer the calls to find out where they were and give voucher information for 2 vehicles. Delayed us tremendously. Vehicles are POORLY maintained. Both broke down on our way to hotel. WORSE: they never answered calls or emails to confirm return flight. Viator also tried several times to contact and confirmed we had paid for roundtrip transportation. Our flight left at 1:43pm and everyone knows you MUST be at the airport at last 3 hours prior. No one answered. Tried via email, phone calls and Whatsap. It wasn't until 10:10 am that they replied to Whatsap stating that our pickup time was 11:00am! We were at the El Dorado Seaside Suites - 1 hr 20 min away from the airport. I told them I had been trying to contact them, as well as Viator, for two days to confirm and had no reply. He state "we have 100s of clients, you are not the only one". I told him an 11am pick up was way too late, and we would run the risk of missing our flights, unacceptable for a group of 11. He was expremely unprofessional and offered no apologies or explanations. I asked how he could have office hours of 9am to 5pm when you are picking up people all day, no response. Clients had to hire van taxi to transport to the airport for $430. UNACCEPTABLE. Clients want a refund which is valid and should be refunded completely. NEVER USE CANCUN AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION.

Bad experience, need to maintain vehicles - We had two vans for 11 people. Could not find reservations, 1st van broke down had to wait for replacement second van broke down has to wait for replacement. Were delayed 2 hours between waiting for them to send second van and all the breakdowns. No compensation or credit given.

Do not book with this company, your taxi may not arrive. - I had booked an airport transfer from my hotel at Luum Zama Tulum to Cancun Airport to be collected at 5am on May 21st. However, despite waiting for over 30 minutes, nobody showed up. I was calling and sending multiple messages to someone named Cryz Valencia via WhatsApp (The man who confirmed the booking with me), I did not receive a response or any explanation. I was therefore forced to get a taxi to the airport which cost even more money than the transfer I had originally booked. A refund has been processed for the original costs, however, they refused to reimburse the additional cost of my taxi on the side of the road that I had to be pay $200 for. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

Terrible - We were left hanging at the airport for 2 hours. Not sure if our private ride was coming. The driver texted us to meet him at platform No 82 and send us pics. Went there and he was no where to be found. Did not respond to our message. And we had no idea wether someone was coming at all.
