Excellent experience 🙂 - We had a very smooth experience with etransfers from the Cancun airport to our resort in Playacar and back. No complaints. It was especially enjoyable to have an English speaking driver on the way back to the airport. We had a fun conversation and learned a lot about more about Mexico. We would recommend etransfers!

Great ride 👍 - Wonderful and easy transport from hotel to airport. Our driver was FREDDY , he was very friendly and had good conversation on way to airport. The shuttle had great A/C which was great because it was so hot. Thanks Freddy for the great hospitality!!!

Ling waiting times for shuttle service upon arrival - Service was friendly but they are very disingenuous about waiting times once you arrive. But myself and my friend who arrives separately were told it’d be 10-15m waiting once we checked in but ended up being more than 45m each time

Pick another company - We had multiple emails stating our pick up time from the hotel for our return flight (6:37am for a 11am flight). I received a message the day before confirming what I thought was our flight time 11am. I confirmed. The wording of the message made it seem like that's what I was confirming. Well, they weren't at the hotel that morning, and then told me it was my fault because I confirmed the pick up at 11. I provided the email confirmations showing the pick up time and requested a refund, and they refuse. They state that it's my fault for confirming the wrong time. Crooked business, stay away! I would give negative stars if I could.

Would not sent new shuttle or refund - Would give a ZERO! Avoid this company we booked a pick from hotel with flight info for 7pm and they sent a confirmation w time. They then stated it was supposed to be military time but confirmation did not state am or pm and basically said we missed shuttle and good luck. Still fighting for money back

Terrible service - Waiting for an hour, the young man who receives you says that he has no information, I contacted WhatsApp because they don't answer the phone either and he only says that the driver is coming. The worst thing is that they do not want to refund my payment for a service that is not

Did not listen or decided not to. - We were 8 people. They sent a 7 passenger vanto pick us up. And on the way back to the airport i specifically said we didnt fit and we needed a bigger vehicle and still didnt listen. I also required a booster for my chinldren and they didnt provide that. So if you are paying for transportation of 8 people or more save your money and look elsewhere.

Worst possible xompany - Worst possible service
 got to the airport and found E tranfers representative
 he said it would be a 20 minute wait
 after 30 minutes I asked him again
 he said another 20 minutes
 after almost 2 hours he said if I dont take a taxi I might be there all night

Notified 5 minutes prior to pick up they couldn't pick us up to return to airport - I would not recommend etransfers. Prior to booking the shuttle, I called to ensure to verify the amount, verified what is a good return pick up time. They said that it can take between 1-2 hours. I asked for a recommended time, the customer service rep sai that the time I also inquired is ok. I received an email message days befofre confirming our pick up. I confirmed via email. I received a text message on WhatsApp 5 minutes prior to our pick up time that they cannot pick us up. We were ready to go -packed and waiting in the hotel lobby. I said this is not ok, why are we being notified 5 minutes prior to our pick up time. Their response was that the traffic was bad. I asked why would they not know if traffic was bad or if the driver couldn't make it in time more advance than 5 minutes. I tried calling them on WhatsApp. They won't pick up. I was in tears as we had to scramble to find a ride, costed us a lot more so not to miss our flight. DO NOT SCHEDULE A SHUTTLE WITH ETRANSFERS.

Stay away! - Do not use this company. We paid $100 in advance for a ride from our condominium and they went to three wrong address. They refused to come get us or return our payment. They are the worst.
